Holiday rentals with a patio in South Jersey

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

I was looking for a place for a quick getaway - a rest and reset for myself. And, Kim’s place did just that. The location is beautiful - so peaceful. The apartment is private and lived up to everything written in the description. I had the pleasure of bumping into Kim and she was so friendly - just as friendly as she had been in our earlier messaging. She checked in on me during my stay and even made a recommendation for a nearby trail to explore. I look forward to staying at Kim’s again!

Sue is an amazing host! We had a wonderful time at her place over Memorial Day weekend. We had 3 adults and 2 dogs and it fit our needs perfectly. Having a fenced in yard for the dogs was a must! The apartment is steps from the beach and the bay—and walking distance to the amazing Brigantine market on Saturdays. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

Wendy’s place was amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had the best time. Wendy was always responsive and even lent us some supplies we forgot to pack which was super helpful! The house and backyard were beautiful, the view from the patio was to die for, and the fire pit was so nice to have at night. I can’t recommend booking with Wendy enough, we will definitely be back!

Laura and Red’s place was wonderful! I stayed for two days and was sad to leave! I truly felt right at home. Everything was super clean, and the home was both spacious and cozy. The location is great for walking or biking into Rehoboth. I look forward to staying here again!

Had an amazing stay this week, very accommodating, met all of our needs and extremely homely and comfortable...very close to the mall and plenty of restaurants and activities near the area... Brendan was extremely helpful, very responsive when I had questions or needed assistance, all over he was a wonderful host and would definitely stay again...

The house was very spacious, well stocked kitchen, huge bedroom. There were plenty snacks provided in the kitchen. The location is a nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy entrance into the house with a dedicated parking spot. As instructed, don’t follow your gps, use the provided instructions. Would definitely book the house again in the future.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Everything was great. My friends and I had a good time in AC and this place was awesome plenty of rooms and it has a nice chill vibe with the place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to stay here for a couple vacation days

We had an excellent stay at Brooke’s place for the second year in a row. The house is exactly as described and in the pictures - beautiful finishes, tasteful and comfortable decor, plentiful amenities. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to all the activities in Ocean City for the family but far enough away that it feels remote and peaceful. We used to go to the Outer Banks for many years, and my wife kept commenting on how it felt like we were there but with all the fun the boardwalk close by. Highly recommend staying here!

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. We had a great stay at Michelle’s place for our high school friend get together. We wanted a place near Longwood Gardens and a place to relax. We got them both! The surroundings were beautiful and the home was open and lovely! We hope to be back!

Sneathen Mill is wonderful. Ernesto is a thoughtful host, taking care of every detail. His kitchen was fully equipped. His instructions were thorough and clear. Ernesto was very responsive to our questions while there. The 250-year-old house is quaint but light and airy. It has so much history and character as well as all the modern conveniences, including a/c. Its setting , on a lake , is peaceful and beautiful. It is a gem nestled in the cornfields of Bridgeton, NJ.

Tricia and lee’s place was amazing and just what I was looking for, for my family of 5…it was clean and also close to a lot of stores and the beach…very quiet neighborhood great if you want to relax and have some peace with no outside noise…the hot tub was great and clean…my kids enjoyed it a lot..I will definitely be back to booking with them in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I came to Cape May for a quick weekend getaway and got exactly what we were looking for in this place. As close to the beach as you can get, very walkable to bars and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for, and getting in and out was super easy

We LOVED this place. Looked better than the pictures (and the pictures looked great to begin with). So spacious, including all of the balcony areas. Close to lewes beach and the state park. Great area for a family getaway. Had everything we needed and more. Also Bohdan was an excellent host and very responsive!

I had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb — one of the best I’ve ever booked! The space was super clean, well-organized, and felt really welcoming from the moment I arrived. There were extra blankets and pillows in the closet, which was a thoughtful touch, and I was greeted with a cute goodie basket full of snacks and essentials — such a nice surprise! The two bedrooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The entire place felt comfortable and well-kept, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The pool was definitely a highlight — clean, peaceful, and perfect for a quick dip or just lounging. Overall, this was an amazing stay. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and relaxing place!

This is my second time staying in this apartment and it was just as great as I remembered. Really nice well stocked kitchen as far as cooking materials go and appliances. Also, very comfortable bed, and it’s a nice quiet place with secure parking. Highly recommend and will probably stay there again.

This rental was really a great find for our stay in Lewes DE. Easy to find, keypad instructions were great, and very close to a lot of places! The hosts provided a clean and sanitized home for us for the week. The only issue was the low battery in the keypad in which the owner advised they would fix it—and we had zero trouble with it anyways! The hosts respond to any inquiry within a very reasonable time as well. They are very attentive to any questions and concerns you may have. My family and myself will definitely look into staying with these hosts again! Will also recommend to family and friends for their vacations as well. Thank you!

Great experience the house, the location, the locals, the proximity to AC. The house is very nice and organized. It was clean and very welcoming. Loved the coffee bar. So nice to come in late and have a cup of joe (almost) ready in the morning was priceless. I would definitely come back.
