Dawn set the bar high with this Carriage House. Fully stocked, updated, comfy, quiet, impeccably clean, high end everything. This was our first stay at an airbnb, I can't imagine they are all this new and this nice. Next time business or pleasure takes us up your way we hope to stay here. Thanks, J&B

Paradise. Surrounded by fields, set back from the road, with a magical little hedged-in backyard and a pickleball court outside the hedge. The house is very private and spacious with four bedrooms, well renovated with lots of beautiful wood. It has the best equipped Airbnb kitchen we've ever experienced, with everything from a milk frother to a barbecue fork with a built-in thermometer, spices, food processor, and a Nespresso machine. They also let you use bikes, beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and the pickleball court. Cathy was a very welcoming host, who met us when we arrived and was quickly responsive to any questions. The location can’t be beat: it is within a mile of two beaches (Tappan beach, which has no parking so you have to walk or bike there, and Lloyds beach, which has parking) and an easy drive to South Shore beach and to town. When we were there, the week after Labor Day, South Shore beach was free and uncrowded. People still swam and surfed, though the life guard

My husband, son and I just returned from spending an absolutely fabulous week at the Harborview. I really can’t say enough good things about the house, location and host (Kristina). We’ve been vacationing on Block Island for years and have been staying in a B&B. Decided to try something different this year and I’m so glad we did. The house is spacious, clean, well equipped. Returning home after a day at the beach, I really felt like we were coming “home”. Town is close, but we enjoyed the quietness being a little outside of the center. Super close to both Scotch and Mansion beach. Kristina even invited us to their sister property, the Barrington Inn, to watch the 4th of July parade. I’m not sure we’ll ever stay anywhere else!

Cabin on Little River met our expectations and more. Myself, 2 sisters and my daughter wanted a quiet getaway. A charming open concept post and beam, pine floors and wood trim, woodstove for winter, deck with charcoal grill. It's very rural and IN the woods ( so bring bug repellant). Even though the host's home is visible you still feel tucked away. Kitchen and bath are modern and clean and the beds and livingroom were very comfortable. The soothing sound of the river is always present. It was relaxing to sit down in the adirondack chairs near its bank. The woods provide a place to walk. Lake is across the road. Glenn informed us of several events nearby that we were really interested in...but we never felt like leaving the cabin! There's a big firepit nearby and wood provided. Glenn is a wonderful host. A fellow artist, I asked to see his studio on the ground level. Even bought a couple small paintings. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are looking for a quiet respite!

We had a great stay in the Little House! Check-in process was smooth, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. The space is cozy and light, and well-located to a number of parks, the beach, and town. Definitely recommend!

Great little place to stay, just was not aware that it was attached to a main house. Thought it was its own place other than that was very nice.

Wonderful hidden gem! Was absolutely perfect for what I needed for a quick weekend trip. The full kitchen was such a nice bonus for a studio space. Will 100% come back if it works out!

Gary and Cindy have one of the most special spaces I’ve ever stayed in. The house has so much character, super functional and the property is outstanding - we especially loved the adorable cubbies (I’m 6’1” and I had enough space to stretch out!) Gary and Cindy were so lovely, welcoming and absolute pleasures to chat with! They have wonderful recommendations for local hiking trails and places to eat. I would come back to Cindy and Gary’s in a heartbeat, it was one of the most memorable places I’ve ever stayed!

The place was great and located in a quiet area. I just wish there had been more cooking items, as I had to leave to buy a blender and a larger pan to cook. Furthermore, the place looks lovely inside, and I love the studio design.

We stayed for 3 days it was perfect and what we were looking for for this weekend . Location was perfect! Nicholas was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward til next time!!

Jonathan‘s place was very spacious and comfortable in a wonderful location. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the snacks were a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable. The heating worked well when it got cold at night. The location of the Airbnb was great– – lots to do in the area – – and a very short distance to Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Our stay was absolutely amazing ! We felt right at home and it was worth the price for how beautiful the grounds were. Mara was quick with replies when we had questions and even allowed to check in earlier. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

Great place and setting . Very quiet neighborhood . Friendly neighbors walking their dogs. Place was perfect for us. Close enough to local “hot spots”. Quick access to local highway for easy travel. Owners easily accessible for any concerns. Loved the crows nest atop the place - great views and sounds. Would definitely stay there again.

Barbara’s place was really lovely. Clean, very comfortable, private, and near beaches and restaurants/shops. She provided an excellent binder with instructions as well as recommendations for things to do in the area. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a RI getaway.

Jeans place was located on beautiful and historical benefit street! It was so comfortable and homey and extremely quiet at night which made for an excellent nights sleep! Came with one parking place but there was also plenty of free street parking right in front of her building! Would highly recommend staying here if you have a student at brown or at PC! It’s a perfect location!

Our stay at Kathy's Airbnb was truly exceptional. From the moment we booked, her communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. The property itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. Kathy thought of every detail, providing amenities that made our stay so much more comfortable. She was incredibly welcoming and offered fantastic local recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better host and would love to stay here again!

We had the most magical stay in this little cottage. Well stocked with everything you need. Comfortable living room and kitchen. The little garden was so peaceful. It’s in a perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. And sally and harry were such welcoming hosts! Thank you thank you for sharing your place with us!

This cottage was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, it was easy to get to off of Interstate 95. We enjoyed the shops at Old Mystic Village and the ride into downtown Mystic was a breeze. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. This cottage was well appointed and centrally located.
