Please visit our website at signaturequiltbandb Signature Quilt Bed and Breakfast is located in Gilbertsville, New York 30 minutes from Oneonta and 45 minutes from Cooperstown. Gilbertsville is one of only two New York villages which are included in the National Historical Register in their entirety. Our Bed and Breakfast is located in a historic 1820s building, which has housed numerous businesses through the years, including a bank and grocery. At one time, it was the print shop that published The Otsego Journal and was formerly the home of Tarot Designing and Printing. The Bed and Breakfast is located on the second floor of the Print Shop. Nestled in this quaint 200-year-old village, it is next to the historic mansion, The Majors Inn, and across from The Value Way Country Store and the studios of various craftspeople and artists. The Bed and Breakfast acquired its name from the 1852 Signature Quilt which is featured along with other antique and contemporary quilts from the Butternut Valley. Our clean, comfortable, and convenient facilities will appeal to those visiting the Gilbertsville area, as well as those interested in quilts and Central New York Leatherstocking history. We will provide a selection of breakfast foods for you to choose from to create your own breakfast. Whether you stay one night or several, you will have a delicious variety of cereals, muffins, breads or cakes to eat. Near the Catskill region of Upstate NY. 7 minutes from the infamous Gilbertsville Farmhouse Goat Yoga, 5 minutes to Butternuts Park, 35 minutes from The Baseball Hall Of Frame, and a ton of nature in between. Catherine gave a very thorough tour of the home and explained all the nuances of the home to be aware of. We had a wonderful stay, and I would strongly recommend the house.

Lori was very good at keeping up and communicating with me. Called to check that I made it in ok. Property is beautiful, wish I had more time to actually enjoy the property. Showers hot with good water pressure (my pet peeve is luke warm shower water and trickling pressure at bnbs) kitchen fully stocked. Would definitely book again!
