Just a few minutes from the best beaches in Florianópolis and the lively center of Lagoa, you will be surrounded by nature while having everything nearby.

La Ventana Refuge

La Ventana is a unique refuge in Serra Gaúcha (see information about the location) perfect for rest and leisure between families and friends. Here, the 3 hectares are EXCLUSIVE to a single location, that is: you do not share any space with other guests. The river, tree deques, pergolados, grills: everything is private. The large 170m2 house has stylish, original and creative decoration. Ah, and the times are 100% flexible: you can check in the morning and check out at the end of the day.

Our space is designed for our guests. We have a space measuring 1,500 m², a safe location, a complete and equipped house, a pool table, a heated pool, a whirlpool area, access to a private lagoon, a paddle board, a kayak, etc. Our location is privileged by natural beauty. We are located about 2 km from Praia do Rosa, but in addition to this beautiful beach, there are other beautiful beaches also in the region, such as Praia do Ouvidor, Praia da Barra de Ibiraquera, Praia do Luz, etc.

The House of Jurumirim's dam

Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet. Acomoda 4 pessoas, 2 adultos e 2 crianças,1 quarto e com sofá cama na sala, 1 banheiro, cozinha equipada com frigobar, fogão, microondas, cafeteira elétrica, grill e utensilhos. Roupas de cama e banho também são disponibilizadas, além de conectividade WI-FI.

Located in a closed condo in front of Ibiraquera Lake with enrance thru Geral do Rosa, 5 minutes by car from Praia do Rosa and easy access to all the beaches in Garopaba and Imbituba region. The house is located 50m from the lake, perfect for nature and aquatic sports lovers.

Black Lake House

Just a few meters from the famous Lago Negro, you can find excellent restaurants in the neighborhood as well as fairs and recreational activities by the lake. My place is very cozy, the whole family's favorite corner. It is prepared to offer unforgettable rest days, ideal for those who like the romantic climate and tranquility of the mountains, on a wooded and quiet plot of 2,000 m2. My space is good for couples, families, and pets.

Sander Olivas House

We are located in the interior of Nova Petrópolis, in a bucolic village called Nove Colônias, 15 minutes from the center. Our chalet was built entirely of native Brazilian pine, providing warmth and comfort to our guests. The chalet is equipped with a hot tub with panoramic views, fireplace, air-conditioning, smart TV with 130 channels, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), full kitchen, plus a deck with hammocks and valley views.
