This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom back house on the quiet hilltop. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 mins drive. Most appliances are new. Two 55" 4K TVs in the unit. The brand-new kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, and island counter. The Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free parking. The washer and dryer are in the backyard and free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland.

Super host with 5 stars rating in 5 years. The house is located on the east side of Los Angeles, very close to commercial area and not far to downtown Los Angeles. It is close to the 60 and 10 freeways, supermarkets, convenience stores, malls, etc. The whole neighborhood is very safe and quiet. NOTE: USE GMAP to pin the address. The Airbnb pin locator is not accurate and we're working with them to have it corrected.

The house is clean, cozy, and offers privacy. It includes a dedicated parking space inside the fence, which feels more secure than parking on the street. The nearby community is quiet, peaceful, and has fewer security concerns. Jacky was responsive in resolving some issues with the house. The bedroom AC unit was not working and couldn't be turned on until the day we checked out, hope Jacky will have it fixed soon, but this is not a reason to deduct points from my review because the living room AC worked well and was able to cool down the entire house.

Serena has a sweet little place in a great neighborhood. Comfy bed with small helpful details in the room. Just what you need if you’ll be out most of the day as I was. It’s so nice to be able to do laundry before coming home too! The neighbors made a little noise the first night but after that it was quiet. Great value for this area. I’d stay again.
