Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in South West England

Really great space and perfect for what I needed as it was close to the centre of town but overlooking a green park. The bed was really comfy. The decor is really cute and it had everything I needed. Only two negatives: the traffic noise is actually very loud - I wore ear plugs the whole time! And the shower is very slippy so I put a towel on the floor to add some grip. Would definitely recommend for a single person.

The apartment is amazing and provided a really luxurious rest day on our coast path hike. Very clean and well appointed, beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. The balcony is fabulous and gives views over sea and estuary. Would highly recommend!

Me and my partner had the best week in Cornwall - Brian’s accommodation was exactly what we wanted, conveniently placed a short walk from fistral beach and a short drive to Newquay town. Brian left some recommendations on some walks we could do around the area and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring! There was some issues with the washing machine prior to our arrival and Brian was able to get it replaced during our stay. Brian is a super polite and friendly host and a great communicator. We had such a wonderful stay and are even talking about returning next year! Thank you Brian and Pam for allowing us to use your beautiful apartment and for ensuring our comfort, we will see you again soon!!

A rejuvenating place that felt like staying in someone's warm (not just in temperature) and characterful home. We enjoyed feeling relaxed here from the moment we arrived. The surrounding fields and orchard with a river running through it was idyllic day and night. I was rewarded for being awake by the sounds of tawny owls calling back and forth. Thanks Jim and Sally for the little touches and thoughtful hosting.

Luigi was extremely friendly and personally came to check in and check out which was very helpful. The place is extremely clean and tidy and has everything you would need. It is a quick very scenic walk to the center of town. There is also an available free parking spot, which is great because parking is very tough in town! It was a wonderful trip! Thank you Luigi for a terrific, care free holiday!!!

Friendly, cheerful greeting. Apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and stylish. Well located for walks and attractions of West Wight. Had no need to contact the host during our stay as everything was fine. We would happily stay here again.

We came to Crabbers Wharf for my husband’s 50th Birthday weekend. It is a beautiful, rugged place with lots of history which we enjoyed exploring. The cabin was gorgeous with a lovely view over the water and the sun shone all weekend. Its easy to get into Weymouth if you want to. We hired electric bikes from the bottom of the road and travelled that way. A fabulous weekend. Thank you Crabbers Wharf!

My wife Jan and I stayed at Mark and Helen's Apartment for a few days and found it very spacious and clean with separate living/kitchen/dining, bedroom and large shower /bathroom areas. All the necessary kitchen utensils were included as were toiletries and towels/flannels. Mark was available at all times should we need any help. We would definitely stay at this Apartment again.

Very comfortable house. Nice touches with milk, chocolate, shampoo , shower gel. Sports weekend so all accommodation was expensive in Cardiff. House sleeps eight comfortably. Good value with more people.

The Cors is a large beautiful, peaceful house in lovely grounds just waiting to be explored. We had a fabulous family holiday which included the celebration of my 60th birthday and a private chef cooking dinner for 8 of us, and The Cors was the perfect venue for this. The location was great for walking, horse riding and trips to the beach. We loved Pendine Sands particularly as we have 2 spaniels who love to run. Laugharne is also a great place to be based, with nice places to eat and drink. The Owl and Pussycat had the best Lemon Drizzle Cake, and Ty Glas was great for Pizza. We also had a lovely evening meal in Browns which is dog friendly in the bar. The Cors and Laugharne are on our list to revisit, we all loved it.

What a great place for a birthday weekend - it’s so well equipped and they’ve really thought about what large groups need, everything from the right number of chairs inside and out, to enough cutlery and glasses …. And even two kettles for when everyone wants a coffee or tea at the same time!

We had a brilliant stay at The Piggery. The space and surroundings are beautiful - the photos really don't do it justice. Huge attention to detail with everything you could need for your stay. Charlotte was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay again in the future!

This property is superb. It is in a beautiful area on a farm. The property has all the required amenities. The property has superfast wifi. It was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. You will have a dedicated parking spot right outside. It is within reach of some excellent beaches. Kathryn, the host was always available to answer questions and extremely friendly. As a wheelchair user the property is very spacious to move about in and the adapted wet room was excellent. The kitchen is also adapted for wheelchair users. It is probably the best wheelchair accessible property I've ever stayed. I will definitely look to book again.

Walnut Cottage was a wonderful, amazing, relaxing getaway - just perfect. Jill was a brilliant host and couldn’t be more helpful. Lots of recommendations re food and days out - which were all excellent. We had the best weekend and were completely relaxed and couldn’t fault anything. Very dog friendly with great walks direct from the cottage. Lots to do in within a short distance and will definitely be back.

A beautiful place to stay in the countryside. The place was better than the photos. Game room was an added bonus for our family with three small children. Enormous yard to run around in, kick a ball or relax on the terrace. Lovely place overall, would 100% book this place again if in the area. 4 bedrooms upstairs, great size each one of them & 1 downstairs w/ ensuite.Two nice sitting areas downstair and a great kitchen with plenty of space for all. Host was great with communication, reached out immediately after booking, one week prior and one day after we checked in. Amazing garden in spring time! (stayed in May) Nothing but smiles, compliments and great memories with our family. Thank you!

Such a lovely house and location, Jonathan is a great host, responsive and helpful. We have stayed here a few times now and we definitely hope to return again!

A lovely weekend getaway. The apartment was right on the sea front, so super easy to walk to beaches, and into the town. The apartment was clean, spacious and very easy to find. Apart from the parking spaces which are pretty tight, no complaints. Phil the host was very helpful and provided me with plentiful recommendations leading up to our trip. He also stayed in touch throughout the stay to ensure we were getting on okay. Would recommend.

This is a lovely apartment, right in the heart of everything in Cheltenham. Exactly as described and you see in the pictures, tasteful decor, comfortable beds and linen, and with a great kitchen, dining and lounge space in a room with lovely high ceilings. A short walk from Montpellier’s bars and restaurants, or the cafes and shops of the Promenade, this is precisely where you want to be located when visiting this area. Ian’s a thoughtful host, with great communication throughout.

Very pleasant flat 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs. 15 mins from the station. Quiet.

Elaine was a wonderful host - she was delightful herself and a joy to chat with. Her place was lovely - in the hillside, where you could hear the birds chirping. With ample parking, it was out of town but a 5 minute drive from the nearest shop. 2 beautiful bedrooms and a perfectly sized living area. It had everything you need for a stay, and it was exceptionally clean. Next year when we come back to Hay Festival I will almost certainly try and book with Elaine again. We didn't want to leave! I booked this accommodation on behalf of colleagues working in the area, and it turned out to be a great fit. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the booking and stay. My colleagues were very happy with the experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay in the area.

Joe’s place was very convenient located. Despite its great location it was very quiet for sleeping. Joe was also very accommodating , letting us check in and out at convenient times. We highly recommend this place.

You have to stay here. It is fabulous. Stylish, fabulous location, accommodating hosts and the perfect place to make memories. The sun pours in all-day through the South facing bay windows and the decor is as stylish as it looks, with the high ceilings. Anna & David are super hosts. They met us at the property at check in and they accommodated our bikes in their own private shed. Enjoy this beautiful place located in the Isle of Wight micro-climate.
