Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Southern Africa

Felt like home, loved the place so much that I extended my stay!!!

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen aufenthalt in dem modernen grossen haus. Sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Super bequeme betten, sehr sauber überall. Das check in mit paul war hervorragend. Die abende waren kühl und mit der gasheizung war das haus schnell warm. Auch die Küche ist top eingerichtet. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Die lage ist perfekt, ruhig und in 2 minuten zu fuss am schönen strand und mit dem auto in 10 minuten in den restaurants. Wir sahen viele robben im meer. Vielen dank lieber nicolaas für den unvergesslichen aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste mal in plett🇿🇦💜🇿🇦

We had the most incredible stay! The house was absolutely beautiful spacious, clean, and so well-equipped with everything we needed. The setting was nothing short of magical, with breathtaking views of the Crocodile River right from the property. Tim was a fantastic host friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful with recommending local safari providers, which made planning our days so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend!

I completed the Comrades Marathon and i couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest and recover than Tam-Grant’s. environment was peaceful —comfortable bed, relaxing couch. Tam-Grants are exceptional hosts, very helpful throughout my stay when I needed a charger, they didn’t hesitate to assist, looking forward to returning

We had the most wonderful stay surrounded by nature, with animals coming up to the house to say hello. An absolutely beautiful, quiet spot to be with family and recharge, we will definitely be going back and will recommend to all of our friends and family 😊😊😊

What a stunning home! I will definitely be back to visit this house, my Charlie baby had plenty of garden to roam around in and explore and we felt very comfortable in the home which was immaculately decorated. You can tell these people love this house! the views in the mornings were so breathtaking we woke up at 5am every morning to watch the sunrise over the bay. The only thing is that it was very noisy from the settlement over the hill but nothing the host can do about that. 10 out of 10 in my books! I cant wait to come back!

Everything was where it was meant to be. Peaceful, private and completely relaxing. Clean, high quality linen, modern accessories and facilities. Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Kalk Bay apartment! It’s spacious, stylishly furnished, filled with natural light, and offers stunning views of the harbour. The location is unbeatable—steps away from Olympia Café and Harbour House. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable, and it was the perfect spot for our wedding weekend—the bride even got ready here! We’ll definitely be back.

Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit haben uns wirklich berührt. Das Apartment selbst war wunderschön – geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es hat uns in dieser schwierigen Zeit ein Stück Ruhe und Geborgenheit gegeben. Words cannot describe the location of this property. Literally ON the beach with the most beautiful sunsets. Private and tranquil. Honestly just felt like heaven when on the deck by the pool looking out over this setting. A little jealous that I don’t get to live there. 😉 Absolutely stunning.

Our stay with Lisa & Ivan was very memorable! We loved the cosy tiny house, which had everything one needs for a great stay. Easy walkable access to the beach and the few restaurants in Scarborough was a big plus. The surroundings are breathtaking! Lisa was very helpful with questions we had. We are very glad we found this little place.

A truly beautiful place to stay. We went as a family of 5 (2 boys and baby). The surroundings are incredibly beautiful and plenty to do if you are looking for an adventure walk. The bon fire pit and the outside bath was the highlight of all our time! The sleeper couch was especially cosy by the fire place when it was rainy. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect stay, highly recommend

Our stay at Brett's was peaceful, we got to spend real quality time as a family. The board games kept us busy and we were almost, always together. If you are looking to get away from the stressors of everyday life look no further than Brett's. The cabin is beautiful and neat, Brett is kind and communicates well.

I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The beautiful sunrise with horses in the yard will never be forgotten. We had an amazing time at Kliphuis and will definitely be back!
