Just bring your bathing suit, the cottage has everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy a fenced in backyard for the pets with a hot tub, picnic table and gas grill. Don't pack bulky beach stuff! A cart, two chairs and umbrella are there for your use!

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.

This is a 3 bed (2 kings 1 queen) and 3 full bath condo. This is a single floor plan on the top floor. There are elevators at the condominium.
