Gia was an amazing host. Very friendly & helpful. Great beach house. The beach was only a bike ride away. Parking at the beach was always available. The beach wasn’t over crowded at all. The house was about 35 min from jockey ridge, 1 1hr to cape Hatteras The pool & jacuzzi were relaxing. Having the bikes & outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach made it so much easier. I will be back!

This was such a wonderful experience! The house was beautiful and spacious, and the host is so generous and thoughtful 😊 so thankful for all accommodations and a very helpful/resourceful host. There's a reason why this place stays booked!! If you're looking for a special vacation, this is the one! I'd love to come back next year ❤️

Maureen and her co host were very friendly and responsive. The house was super clean and looks even better then the photos. She supplied so much! Beach chairs, umbrellas, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, even shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The golf course was beautiful and it was fun to watch golfers and enjoy the wildlife. Only a 2 min drive to beach access!

We loved our stay in Southern Shores. This house was nice and clean when we got there—with fresh flowers even! It was an easy walk to the beach, even with kids and was also a plus to have an awesome ice cream shop so close! The pool and spa were perfect—we really enjoyed the privacy fence—felt like our own little oasis. I love the central location. It made it easy to visit so many places in OBX, like Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, Duck and even Corolla. Everything was well stocked and we so appreciated the beach cart! Would definitely stay with Mary and Andy again.

We stayed at Erin's place with friends and it was exactly as described in the listing. House was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen had everything to make meals together and beach stuff was over flowing. The location is perfect. Very quiet and secluded but a 7 minute walk to the beach. Also, grocery stores and things to do were easily accessible. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay… the OBX is now our favorite vacations spot! Sounds Groovy was Awesome with wonderful and responsive hosts.

Jorge was an excellent host - very proactive and responsive, and just a pleasure to meet and speak with. We thoroughly enjoyed his beach home, and we are very happy it was available to us.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. The house provided great amenities and we were able to relax and get some work done at the same time. It was quiet and relaxing with a pool and sauna, which we did get much use out of. It was just a short drive to the beaches which made for a nice day trip. Highly recommend.

Property is just as pictured and is in a great location-7 minute walk to the beach, minutes drive from restaurants and shops in Duck. Clean and well maintained.

Super cute place in an awesome neighborhood. The beach pass, beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler were clutch. The outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here. There is plenty of room to chill inside and in the backyard. The game room was fun, especially the legit foosball table. The weather was muggy so the AC felt amazing. Every night we were excited to see the cutest frogs on the back windows. We spent a week here and weren’t ready to go home thank you for sharing your home with us!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We needed a quick getaway together to the Outer Banks and this was perfect for us. My wife and I have two boys 11 and 14 and a dog. The boys loved the downstairs entertainment with the arcade games, pin ball, and Xbox. I was able to show them some video games from my youth I had forgotten about from 30 years ago. The TV and audio set ups were great. Beach access is great- the neighborhood has their own private parking at the beach so while the house isn’t on the beach you can hop in the car and have a reserved spot 3 min away at the beach. Then you can return to the shaded private house with a big dog friendly back yard. Very dog friendly. We typically don’t bring our dog along and use a local dog sitter but took advantage of how welcoming they are to dogs and brought him along and the backyard was huge and completely fenced in. The backyard fire pit was perfect for smores on a relatively cooler evening.

We loved staying here! The house was well stocked with all the necessities and very clean. Super convenient to the beach too!

This cottage is true to its name! It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and you couldn’t ask for anything better than that, but wait till you visit a beach walk cottage. This cottage was beyond amazing, exceeding my expectations, it’s probably the best Airbnb i have ever stayed at which made our trip so enjoyable, we didn’t want to leave. The decor, the cleanliness, amenities, game room, laundry room, porch area and picnic table, EVERYYTHING etc felt like a beautiful dream. The beds were very comfortable, (and Im a light sleeper) and the bathrooms were so elegant! It Felt like i was in a Pinterest board. I also liked how close it was to local good eats and attractions. The neighborhood was also safe and quiet. I would highly recommended this house and I can’t wait to bring back my nephew! He loved the bunk beds and the game room! The hosts were very responsive whenever i had questions.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house is so close to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The outdoor shower is an amazing amenity to keep the sand out of the house and clean the entirety of your stay! The host was super friendly and made sure we all made it and that everything was to our standards. We will definitely be coming back!

This was a great little place on the beach for my family. We loved the convenience of being able to go right out back to the beach whenever we wanted to and not having to pack a vehicle for the trip. The house is cozy and had all the amenities we needed( we don’t cook much). The host was very responsive and we appreciated being able to check in early. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Extremely clean, looks very new, pictures don’t do the justice, it is better than the pictures! Very private, good amount of space between neighbors, and lots of greenery, trees. Very close to the beach! Wonderful view from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at Regiana's place for our spring break with the kids. the house was clean, spacious, and centrally located so we could walk to the Duck boardwalk, restaurants and the beach. The heated pool and hot tub were a game changer - the kids loved getting to hop in the water, despite the spring temperatures. We had a small issue with the garbage disposal and Regiana was able to send out for a plumber fairly quickly. Overall very responsive and kind host. Also, spring time is a wonderful time of year to check out OBX as there were less tourists and traffic, but any time of year it would be lovely!

Beautiful house and great location! The house had everything we needed, awesome water pressure- even in the outdoor shower. Hot tub and surrounding area were great when it rained/after the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We had a very nice time!

My family stayed 8 nights. Regardless of the time of day or night, the views were breathtaking and so special. The sky and the cloud formations were spectacular. The house layout was thoughtfully done. The tote with extra toilet paper, papertowel, Kleenex, laundry detergent, and garbage bags were a godsend. They provided everything you needed extra beach chairs, 2 large beach umbrellas, boogie boards, a beach cooler etc. The selection of books were a true reader's paradise. The house is located very conveniently to stores, restaurants and the beach! You can run into the house and come back in just a few steps! This house has to be the best house we have stayed in OBX for over 10 years.

Family of four had a wonderful week in KDH at Artim’s place! We loved walking to the beach every day, and the hot tub was clean and relaxing! Extremely comfortable beds (we slept very well; there is a busy road nearby, but the noise did not keep us awake). Functional dishwasher and washing machine, a huge plus! If you are looking for a nice rental for a small family or group, this is it! Thank you, Artim!

We had a lovely stay for a last-minute Memorial Day weekend at the OBX in this rental. The hosts were communicative, helpful, friendly and provided so many nice extra touches for their guests. The home was wonderfully decorated, steps from the pool and the beach, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would recommend staying at this rental to anyone looking for a lovely home with ample indoor and outdoor space that is close to so many of the OBX's best restaurants and activities!

Everyone enjoyed the house. There’s even a daybed on the main floor that can be used as an extra sleeping area. I will keep this location saved and would love to rebook with you in the future.

We loved every minute of our stay here! The location and proximity to the beach was great. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. My favorite was the primary bedroom shower! Amazing water pressure that felt great after a long day at the beach. We would 10000% return! Thanks for a great stay!
