Villetta funzionale, molto fornita e ottima per 4 ospiti. Collocata sopra la splendida baia di Copanello raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Domenico sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, tanto da offrirci dei fichi freschi di prima mattina.

Posto bellissimo circondato dagli ulivi dove pace e tranquillità regnano sovrani. Appartamento confortevole e arredato con gusto. Bella piscina con comode sdraio, ombrelloni e doccia. Presenza di supermercati, ristoranti e spiagge chilometriche sia attrezzate che libere nelle vicinanze. Dire favoloso è riduttivo...

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre coppie. Location molto ospitale dotata di tutti i confort, adatta a gruppi di amici e/o famiglie numerose. La vista mozzafiato a picco sul mare, apprezzabile dall' ampio giardino e dai balconi, difficilmente trova eguali. Cosa dire poi del Sig. Rocco: gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e con consigli utili per gustare buon cibo e visitare le bellezze del luogo. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Wir waren 10 Tage in dieser Wohnung. Maria hat uns gleich zum Check-In persönlich empfangen und alles über die Wohnung und die Umgebung in netter Weise erklärt. Die Kommunikation mit Maria war die ganze Zeit über sehr einfach und schnell. Das Apartment ist in Echt sogar noch etwas netter und geräumiger, als auf den Bildern. Auch die Terrasse ist größer als auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. 2 Mal um die Ecke gehen (30m) und man war an einem kleinen, aber schönem Strand. Diesen haben wir jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück zum Schwimmen aufgesucht und sehr häufig auch nachmittags nach unseren Touren in der Umgebung. Das Parken des Mietautos in der Nähe des Apartments war unproblematisch. Die Lage des Apartments in Pizzo war für uns super. Sehr nah am Wasser. Bis zur Marina di Pizzo, wo es viele Restaurants und Cafes gibt, waren es 5 Gehminuten. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten und einigen Stufen ist man dann auch oben in der

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Nice place within easy walking distance to the beach with restaurant and beach bars nearby. We loved having access to both a pool and the beach. The place was secure, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The manager, Luca, was awesome and deserves his own 5-star rating! His responsiveness and warm hospitality would make coming back here an easy decision!

Francesco è un host fantastico. Presente e premuroso. La villa semplicemente un incanto. Pulizia, posizione, arredamento... tutto eccezionale! Il panorama poi è l'elemento distintivo con vista meravigliosa sui calanchi e lo jonio che mattina e sera ti aspetta solo per essere ammirato nel silenzio e nella pace che questo posto sa trasmettere fino in fondo. La piscina bellissima, panoramica immersa in un giardino curato in ogni particolare è un plus comodo per chi ha bambini anche se il mare calabrese è di per sé una piscina naturale ed è impossibile resistere alle sue spiagge selvagge bagnate da un mare impareggiabile. Bellissimo posto curato ed autentico. Giardino incantevole e piscina con vista bellissima e pulita. Veramente a 7 minuti dalla spiaggia in macchina. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e flessibili , ci hanno pure fatto trovare la spesa a casa e regalato le verdure del loro giardino e le uova fresche del pollaio! Consigliamo assolutamente il posto! Nb: importante avere in mente che l altro appartamento che ospita 5 persone nella stessa proprietà è proprio a 5 metri dalle camere nostre e i tavoli per mangiare nel giardino a pochi metri l’uno dall’altro :quindi ottimo per due famiglie di amici che vogliono unirsi per le ferie

Le logement était propre et fonctionnel, fidèle aux photos. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied, très peu fréquentée même en août ce qui est agréable. Attention la piscine n’est pas comprise dans la location, elle appartient à un complexe voisin, pour 4 personnes, c’était 300€ de plus pour une semaine. Nous avons préféré la plage !

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

Eine absolut traumhafte Unterkunft! Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – wunderschön angelegt mit tollen, alten Bäumen und einem super gepflegten Pool, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Alles ist neu und in einem top Zustand. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich rundum gut betreut. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, fernab vom Massentourismus, perfekt zum Abschalten. Mit dem Mietwagen sind viele tolle Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar – wir waren viel unterwegs und haben die Region sehr genossen. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo appartamento. Comodo, funzionale proprio nel centro storico. Esperienza molto positiva!

Schöne zeitgemäß sanierte, ruhige, saubere und geräumige Wohnung (Bad kleiner) in einem alten Gebäude in der Altstadt, gut zu Fuß erreichbar und nicht weit von der Piazza, Restaurants und den Stränden entfernt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (Parcheggio Pitaro) ca. 5min zu Fuß bis zur Wohnung, am Wochenende nur über die Contrada da la Parrera fahren, da die direkte Einfahrt gesperrt war. Herzlicher Empfang von Rina und die Kommunikation mit Giulia war sehr gut. Kleiner Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung stillvoll, einfach völlig ausreichend. In Pizzo gab es jeden Tag was neues zu entdecken und es ist ein idealer Standort für weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kalabrien. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an Giulia und Rina.

SUPER CONSIGLIATO! La casa è bellissima ed è proprio come si vede nelle foto. Pulizia TOP. Ha anche un parcheggio interno dove lasciare la macchina. Il posto è in una zona strategica, perchè è in una zona tranquilla a due passi dal mare ( non serve neanche la macchina per arrivarci) ma anche a due passi dal centro di Roccella. I ragazzi che ci hanno seguiti per soddisfare le nostre esigenze sono stati fantastici e rispondo subito. Facile il check in e facile il check out.

Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und verteilt sich über zwei Etagen mit zwei Bädern. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett mit der Möglichkeit ein Stockbett einzurichten. Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Eine Waschmachine ist vorhanden, WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Das Appartment ist zentral gelegen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Der Bahnhof ist unweit entfernt. Der Zugverkehr ist jedoch nicht störend. Mann hört die gelegentlichen Zugdurchsagen vom Bahnhof. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Antonio, his wife and mother Mina were so warm and welcoming. Our trip from Rome was much longer than we anticipated and they waited up until 1:30 am to let us in. The home is beautiful and so well equipped for a comfortable visit. Mina so graciously, took us to restaurant, where we could eat and helped us connect with our distant relatives. The whole experience was a dream come true for us. We were only here for two days but I would highly recommend a longer stay. The views are beautiful. A great place for an artist or writer or anyone needing to be restored. God willing we would love to return.

Piccola abitazione ben arredata e fornita di quasi tutto il necessario per un breve alloggio. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il mare di Roccella a piedi. Host molto gentile e reattivo nella risposta.
