Il monolocale è dotato di aria condizionata caldo/freddo, di lavasciuga, TV, phone, biancheria (letto e bagno), ferro da stiro, microonde. All’entrata nell’abitazione vanno consegnati 150 di cauzione per eventuali danni, che verrano restituiti a fine permanenza al netto del consumo di elettricità.
