Con le sue tre camere da letto con vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Soverato rappresenta la soluzione ideale per famiglie, coppie, gruppi di amici e per chi ama godere il mare o il paese muovendosi a piedi o in bicicletta. Il tutto in un alloggio costantemente migliorato e rinnovato. Insieme alI’ampio soggiorno, la cucina e i due bagni con docce permette di ospitare fino a 7/8 persone.

Il loft è situato in VIA GALLIANO 45 Al centro di Soverato il piccolo loft è un open space a piano strada. Ideale per due persone, eventuale terza persona da ospitare su divano letto. Il monolocale è dotato di aria condizionata caldo/freddo, di lavasciuga, TV, phone, biancheria (letto e bagno), ferro da stiro, microonde. All’entrata nell’abitazione vanno consegnati 150 di cauzione per eventuali danni, che verrano restituiti a fine permanenza al netto del consumo di elettricità.

Possibilità di prendere l’intero immobile o solo una stanza. Il prezzo è per tutta la casa.
