Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

The studio of Villa Madeleine

3 km from the thermal baths and 5 km from the Francorchamps circuit, in our Villa 3 facades, we offer a small 32 m² studio on the second floor. This studio consists of a living room (kitchenette area, sofa, table), bedroom and shower room (with toilet). The entrance to the villa as well as half of the stairwell are therefore shared with the owners who live in the rest of the Villa.
