This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

Charming old farmhouse in a quiet area with views of the Bellevaux valley. House ideally located close to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit and the Hautes Fagnes plateau in the heart of nature. Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.

Spacious and bright apartment in the heart of Spa, just a few meters from the Casino and the famous Thermal Baths. Completely renovated in 2022. Many nearby restaurants and shops.
