Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Spanish Valley

We loved the backyard and the location near the rodeo grounds. Peaceful & beautiful. Access to the neighborhood pool was also lovely during the few hot days we had! Thank you guys for having us.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Staying at this Airbnb was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced — it felt like stepping out of Earth and landing on another planet. The drive alone is worth the trip — an unforgettable blend of raw adventure and jaw-dropping desert scenery that makes your soul feel alive. And then… you arrive. Nestled in what feels like the heart of Mars, this home sits in one of the most surreal and stunning landscapes we’ve ever laid eyes on. Towering red rock formations surround you. The Colorado River flows quietly nearby. There’s nothing but nature, silence, and beauty — it’s like the world stands still here. No noise. No distractions. Justin was a great host! Extremely quick to answer any questions we had and was incredibly willing to accommodate us when asked. Justin’s place was great for our family stay in Moab! Arches were an amazing park to visit.

We LOVED Lulus place! Communication was excellent. Home was clean with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Home was very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. It was great to have pool access and a large garage to store our dirt bikes and equipment. Nice patio in the back yard. There were 5 of us total and there was more than enough space. Only a short 5 minute drive to downtown! We will 100% stay here again! Thanks again Lulu!!

We really liked the place. It was far enough out of town, but not too far. The rooms were good size with good separation.

If you're wondering if this is the place you should book.... DO IT! The host is super accommodating, proactive in anticipating your wants/needs, the home is gorgeous (and can easily fit 10 people!), and we've never stayed at a place that was so clean! There is a playground and swimming pool within walking distance and a hot tub right on your patio. Really, you couldn't ask for more. We'd come back to Moab just to stay here. Thanks again for having us! We made some pretty awesome memories 😁

Great stay a few blocks from downtown Moab! We went to a swimming hole 10 minutes away and we were close to both National Parks which was awesome! Something to note, the free laundry was an amazing amenity to have when traveling.

This is a great location just off the main drag in Moab. Very clean, private space outside, and efficiency that slept 2 people very well.

Nice place, 1st floor. Hard to find trailer parking at some places and as stated we could park our trailer and jeep along outside curb, which was right outside condo. Clean and comfortable. Good supply of kitchen items,was able to cook meals when we wanted. Definitely would recommend and stay here again

Super central spot, convenient to walk all of downtown Moab. Well stocked kitchen as well with everything you’d need to cook and food prep. Especially appreciated the aluminum foil and sandwich bags for packing a lunch to take on hikes.

We really enjoyed staying at this small home. It was plenty roomy for 2 of us. And everything we needed was there. Extremely clean from tip to top. We had a little trouble understanding the lock system but there was someone there on the grounds who helped us immediately. Outside of town a bit and in a big box area, but the mountains and rocks were all around. Would say there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in Moab for two nights only and visited local parks. We therefore had no time to use the many amenities listed - which we would have if we had had more time. The apartment felt safe, parking was plentiful, the apartment was very clean and quiet. I appreciated the new knives and spice rack in the kitchen - that was a nice friendly touch.

Clean comfortable space that matched the listing, convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable bed! Hosts were quick and responsive to address minor issue during our stay.

Great place! Clean and relaxing. Very close to downtown, restaurants, and hiking. Perfect for two couples, grill outside made for a wonderful cookout with an amazing view.

My mom and I loved staying here for a week of adventure. Great place to come back to and relax. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the large space.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was great, it fit our needs perfectly with four adults and five kids! The home was so clean and nice! The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. The kids absolutely loved the pool area and it was great with grills, fire pits, bocce ball and corn hole! So fun! Thanks for a great stay!

My wife and I had a great week in Moab. The condo was in a great area and very quiet during the week. Golf course right out the back sliding glass door. Community pool was also very nice. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed staying at Tristan’s place! They had everything we needed, not too far from downtown Moab. They were very responsive when we had any questions. The house was clean and my kids loved all of the games they had. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Dan's place was the best basecamp for our family of 3's Moab adventures. Easy 10 min drive to downtown Moab. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable after a long day of hiking! The kitchen is huge and has everything anyone could need to cook. In the summer the morning time on the back porch was awesome to sit and see the mountain views. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place. We felt very at home. Charles takes the time to include small extras in the condo that made our stay easy. we would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again when in Moab.

The place easily accommodated all 7 of us and was equipped with everything we needed. Peaceful spot, awesome morning coffees in the balcony and so close to downtown Moab and the parks! Everyone in the group loved it.

We had a great time in Moab and loved the accommodations at this condo. We had everything we needed. Po towels and a cooler was provided, which was fantastic for our relaxing afternoon.
