Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Charming two-room apartment on the 2nd floor in the mountains. Just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop, from which you can reach the Speikboden and Klausberg ski resorts in 5-10 minutes and the Kronplatz in 30 minutes. The apartment offers a balcony with magnificent mountain views, 3 beds and a sofa bed. Attractions such as Taufers Castle, the Nativity Museum or the Climate Tunnel are easily accessible by bus. Numerous hiking trails in the area invite you to explore – we will gladly give you tips!

Archehof Hochzirm Lodge Anna

The "Archehof Hochzirm" with the "Lodge Anna" is located outside of Campo Ture (Sand in Taufers) on 1,003 m above sea level. The hiking and skiing paradise Speikboden is just a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. The beautiful alpine-style apartment features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. It is built into the slope: the entrance is on the ground floor and the apartment extends from -1 to 1 (3 floors).

The holiday apartment "Adults Only Wasserfall Hegedex" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and boasts an exciting Alpine view directly from the premises. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

The holiday apartment "Ferienhaus Pichlerhof" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office and heating. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
