Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

NB to get to the house you will need to climb a flight of stairs and a stretch on foot The area is quiet and enjoys a view of the entire plain. The property is 1.2 km from the port of Terracina and 1 km from the temple of Jupiter Anxur. The nearest airport is 78 km away, Rome Ciampino Airport.

Bright and characteristic small apartment overlooking "La Piazzetta" in the Old Town. It has a one and a half square bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on the mezzanine, ideal for a person or a couple, also has a small armchair bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the kitchen. Not suitable for people with reduced motor skills (see images) or people of large size. Windows are thermo and sound-absorbing. Kitchen is well-equipped. Climate control. Heating. Sheets not ironed ;)
