We are on via living rooms where a private access with a boulevard of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. The house is 90 sqm with large outdoor space and garden and consists of: large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is outside. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.
