We had a great time. The accommodation is comfortable and very close to a wide and uncrowded beach. Luciano was a very helpful and attentive host in responding to all our requests. The delayed check-out was particularly appreciated.

Accommodation matches the photos and even more. It has everything you need for a pleasant family vacation. The area is quiet and residential, however it is necessary to take the car to access the beautiful beaches and activities. The exchanges with Filomena were perfect as well as the hosting and on-site availability of Cinzia. Very pleasantly surprised to find fresh water, tomatoes, basil, fruit in the fridge as well as enough to cook pasta in tomato sauce when we arrived!!!! Thanks again to Cinzia. Isabelle and David

Giovanna and Antonio are INCREDIBLE Hosts, super friendly, willing, discreet and always attentive to what you need to resolve. Worship, friendly, fraternal, and affectionate, everything you can ask for from a person in them. The house and the place, UNIQUE!!, a spectacular view of the sunrises and sunsets, the view from the kitchen, but above all from the bedroom IS MIND-BLOWING!! You feel like you own the world looking at the city of Formia and the bay from above. The gazebo in the middle of the olive trees offers you a view during the day and night with some beautiful breezes and where you can make a barbecue to your measure. The whole environment is on one side of the hosts house, but it has ABSOLUTE privacy and both Giovanna and Antonio make sure that privacy is respected. An entire experience the olive oil that they produce themselves, the fresh eggs from their chickens, the figs... if you want to live and feel like an Italian more you must stay here!

Beautiful spot, we stayed in June and it was hot outside but easy to keep cool inside without air conditioning. The scenery is outstanding and it was nice to walk around I side the secluded gated community. Well stocked all around! The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Even a variety of Italian coffee maker sizes. Linen on the bed was beautiful. It's less than 15 minutes to Sperlonga which is a cute little non-touristy town. I'd recommend parking at the top of the hill your first trip there. Be sure to bring cash especially coins as parking in Sperlonga annoyingly only seems to accept this as payment. Sometimes the neighbors played loud music but our host was able to talk to them and there was no issue from them after that. Host was perfect and greeted us there. Pictures don't do this place justice

Very nice and clean place. Floor was spotless. Stylysh and comfortable. The place looked better than in photos. It has a Tuscany feel to it. Short drive into Itri for nice food. Overall 8 out of 10.

We loved Sabina's place. Simple and essential but well-stocked and welcoming. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. From the house there are two trails that in a few steps lead to beautiful terraces on the sea and in a couple of minutes to a little corner of heaven. Access to the sea is easy for children, and the water is crystal clear and full of life. Fixed mask and mouthpiece! Unforgettable sunset. Fantastic experience! We stayed at this beautiful villa by the sea for a bachelorette party. Charming location, very large and well-kept garden with outdoor shower and direct access to the beach. The villa has all the comforts, very large table and outdoor kitchen covered by a pergola. Separate self check-in is available for individual rooms. The owners are very kind and very helpful. Definitely a great choice!

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

Our large family of 17 stayed at this beautiful villa to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday and we had a fantastic week. Everyone loved it—kids and adults alike—with all the toys and activities available. The hosts were wonderful: always helpful, kind, and quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a private and peaceful getaway. We would love to visit again!

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Amelia’s place. The house is beautifully maintained and perfectly equipped with everything one might need. The garden is lush and full of colorful flowers, and the pool was a highlight—refreshing and well-kept, ideal for relaxing under the sun. The surrounding area is peaceful and picturesque, a perfect escape into nature. Amelia and her lovely family were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. I love this villa, we were there last year, we came back this year and we will definitely visit it next year. Incredible atmosphere, privacy, mountain and sea views, nature, the villa is very green, there is a private pool. The beach is 15 minutes away by car, supermarkets too. Beautiful sunsets. Mosquito repellent is a must. I would highly recommend this villa.
