It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be at least 2 nights. Close to the Auwald and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes on foot from the cathedral and the city center. Not far away is a bus stop. There's wifi, it's quite, very bad.

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans at the moment the one in the living room is broken, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking area behind the house (garage number 3 on the right side of the yard) where you can also sit comfortably.
