Apartment holiday rentals in Spiss

Gilbert's place was really well prepared (kitchen had everything we needed, towels, hairdryer were provided), very clean and cozy, had a beautiful view and the concierge, Franz was so helpful (we got stranded at landeck zams train station and he was very kind to come pick us up), his daughter also provided us help with the bus services to St Anton. I would really recommend this place (esp if you have a car, but we didn't and still had a pretty smooth stay since bus services were reliable, just had to time it well)!!

Appartement impeccable, spacieux et totalement équipé. Très propre, bonne odeur et près de la gare. Propriétaire réactif. Je recommande fortement :)

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Apart Mark bei Julia und Mathias! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich, modern und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Julia und Mathias sind unglaublich herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber – vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Verabschiedung einfach nur sympathisch und engagiert. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens betreut. Die Lage ist top, die Umgebung wunderschön – ideal für Erholung oder Aktivitäten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung – 5 Sterne in jeder Hinsicht!

Amazing location! Right next to the bus stop - just a short ride into the main area of St Anton (where you pay a higher price to stay) Host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment overlooks beautiful views of the small town it is in and the mountains Everything was very clean, the kitchen is well equip.

Die Lage und die Wohnung sind wirklich wunderschön. Sieglinde hat einem immer geholfen und gute Tipps gegeben. Sie war wirklich sehr freundlich. Besonders haben uns die Esel und Kühe nebenan gefallen, meine 2 jährige Nichte war begeistert. Ich würde diese Wohnung immer weiterempfehlen. :)

You can tell that a lot of care and attention went into creating this apartment. It is fitted with quality equipment and furniture. It is very clean and comfortable, and excellent value for money. And Julia and her family are welcoming and friendly. Thank you.

Großzügiges Appartement, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir waren nur kurz da, können das Appartement aber auch für längere Aufenthalte empfehlen.

Thomas’s place was amazing!! Everything was very new, clean, and the views were stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking, the fireplace was lovely, the decks (there are 2!) were amazing to relax on and even have dinner as there was a new grill, table, and full sets dining ware for eating outside to enjoy the beautiful view. Only hard part was finding the place as you need to go up the steep road listed on the address and take a left that is not marked (and feels like you’re driving off the side of the road the first time). I will go back and hopefully bring more guests as Thomas finishes another sleeping room!

We had a perfect stay with the best service we could have wished for! We had a warm welcome and the appartement is even better, cleaner and bigger than on the pictures! Stefan is the most lovely host who lived his entire life in Fiss, so he can tell you a lot about the surroundings and he really made sure that we had the best time in every way possible. The appartement is very close to the slopes, restaurants and the bakery is in the same building. Would love to come back sometime!

Prachtig en schoon appartement. Rustig gelegen met mooi uitzicht. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts Herbert en Katrin. We hebben ons deze week erg thuis gevoeld. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen. Zeker de moeite waard!

Prachtig huisje. Mooi ingericht. Het is alleen een beetje vreemd dat de douche in een van de kamers is. Als je je wilt wassen 's morgens vroeg moet je wachten tot diegene die er slaapt wakker is. Host reageerde snel. Ook toen het automatische slot kapot was. Kom hij met een cadeautje aan. Had niet gehoeven, kan hij niks aan doen.

Stefan en Isabell hadden een prachtig en proper appartement. We werden ter plekke geholpen door de moeder van Stefan, wat vlot en aangenaam verloop. Enkel de hogere schoonmaakkosten (€50) die achteraf werden aangerekend konden eventueel al op de airbnb site vermeld worden maar het appartement was nu eenmaal zeer schoon dus de kost was logisch. Dankuwel voor de fijne ervaring.

Je mettrais 10 étoiles si je pouvais. Ingrid et son mari sont adorables, sont disponibles et proposent un service de livraison de pain. Le logement est magnifique, décoré simplement mais avec beaucoup de goût. De l'extérieur à l'intérieur tout est beau, propre et sent bon. La vue sur les montagnes et la rivière est splendide. Si vous êtes amateur de nature (splendide), de randonnée, de calme, si vous aimez pouvoir vous endormir avec le bruit de la rivière et de regarder le soleil se lever et se coucher sur la montagne, la maison d'Ingrid est faite pour vous. Merci Ingrid, nous reviendrons l'année prochaine !

Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

Wir haben die Woche zu acht in der Unterkunft von Moritz sehr genossen - direkt am See, mit reichlich Platz ausgestattet und alles super sauber! Moritz war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns mit prima Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, von Handtüchern bis zur Erstausstattung für ein Frühstück. Leider war unsere Zeit in Telfs Recht verrgnet. Aber nach einer Regen-Wanderung, tat die Sauna und der Pool besonders gut.

Sehr schönes neu gestaltetes Haus für bis zu 10 Personen, inkl. Whirlpool und Sauna im Freien. Die letzte Etappe der Anreise teilweise eng und steil, aber gut mit dem Auto zu fahren. Abgaben im Navi haben bereits unten im Ort gesagt, Ziel sei bereits erreicht, von hier geht es aber noch ca 10 Minuten nach oben. Check-Out um 9:00 am Sonntagmorgen sehr früh (zu früh) - nachdem das Haus aber im Anschluss direkt wieder vermietet war, gab es keinen late Check-Out.

Wir können dieses Panoramachalet wirklich jedem Reisenden empfehlen, der Ruhe suchend ist. Es bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf Meran. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Chalet ist wunderbar in die Natur eingebunden und bietet viel Komfort. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Birgit!

We were incredibly happy to stay at Katrin's place! True masterpiece from nature until the flat itself. It was so convenient, clean, cozy. Bed was really comfortable (even for me, as I need special conditions with the back pain.) Katrin and her family made our stay so unforgivable that we definitely want to come again! lovely in all senses. Recommends to all hicking and ski lovers.
