NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. It is especially suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you.
