NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

We felt right at home! Nadja is a totally warm, loving and open hostess with tips for activities etc. The room was exactly as described and very cozy. Everything you need can be found in the kitchen and the location is just perfect for hiking and other experiences in the mountains. You can actually get there regularly, even by public transport. I can only recommend staying with Nadja! ☀️

The room is very comfortable and completely in line with the description. Markus was a very good communicator from the time of my booking and throughout the stay. Not being German-speaking, I particularly appreciated the help that Markus was able to give me, in French! He also recommended visits that I unfortunately won't have time to do, but it allows me to plan other stays in Bavaria. For a bike trip I couldn't have hoped for better than Markus' accommodation, I recommend and give 5 stars without hesitation for Markus' accommodation!
