Waterfront holiday rentals in Split

Die Kommunikation via AirBnB zu Shannon war problemlos und sie Antwortete immer sehr schnell trotz Zeitverschiebung zu ihrem Wohnort. Der Checkin funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Wohnung selbst ist so wie auf den Bildern, man kommt rein und fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. In der Umgebung findet man alles in Fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit. Bäcker, Café, Supermarkt (Ribola) innerhalb 2-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Lidl,Spar,Kaufland findet man im Nachbarörtchen (ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto) falls der Einkauf größer ausfällt. Im Örtchen selbst gibt es viel zu sehen und auch der Standort ist gut um Unternehmungen zu starten wie ein Besuch in Split oder Trogir (15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto oder ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Bus) Es gibt einen kleinen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, dieser ist aber maximal für einen Kleinwagen geeignet (Opel Astra hat gerade so noch gepasst). Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

What an amazing stay. I am so happy we chose to stay here rather than in a central Split apartment. Incredible view, lots of fun things to do, gorgeous beaches nearby, lovely people with beautiful gardens in the neighbourhood. I cannot wait to come back! The manager of this apartment is so awesome. She was very flexible with us with checking in, and even helped us with something, responding within 30 seconds of messaging! The view and location are truly worth every penny. Thank you very much!

If you are in the area you have to stay here! Dovooka is the best host! She is fast to communicate and goes above and beyond! Very clean and looks exactly like the pictures! 5 out of 5 on everything!

We really enjoyed this property! The hosts were super accommodating and friendly and even gave us recommendations for local restaurants (of which we tried a few and loved!). A crib was provided for our baby which was convenient and the place was very clean. The balcony with beautiful water view was a plus.

We loved our two nights stay at Vina’s apartment. We are travelling with our 18month old toddler so it was important for us to find something suitable. He was able to sleep in the second bedroom in a cot and enough room in apartment to wander around. There was enough room to open bags and get ready for our boat trip. Location is perfect for 5 min walk to Bavice (very toddler friendly) or a 10 min walk to old town. He also liked the playground next to apartment. Everything very clean and AC was welcome after big day in sun. Vina great to deal with!

Ivica is a tremendous host. He personally met us when we arrived and explained the usage of the apartment. We helped us with parking and even drove us to the ferry on our departure. He is truly a model host. His apartment is fantastic, exceptionally clean, well stocked and has fantastic views. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood near good restaurants and beaches He provided useful information at the apartment for restaurants, beaches, transportation, parking, etc. We had a great time

Excellent apartment right next to split city center. The place has a cute little balcony and everything we needed. Very cozy and homey feeling, and the host gave us some very good food recommendations.

This this accommodation was absolutely worth every cent, right in the heart of the old town. You don’t need a taxi to get anywhere unless you want to go to some beaches that are not so close by walking. You could literally walk straight out and you’re right in the heart of the city just outside the door. The host is very responsive and helpful. Quiet little lane, you don’t hear anything from the outside which is great and is very safe location We will definitely stay here again if we return to split

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Von Anfang an hat sich Kristian, der Sohn der Gastgeberin, sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Er hat uns alles ausführlich und genau erklärt, war jederzeit hilfsbereit, gastfreundlich und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wie zu Hause zu sein. Die Atmosphäre war wunderbar – ruhig, privat und entspannt. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen, ganz ungestört und für uns allein. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es war alles da, was man als Reisender braucht. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der Pool und der schöne Außenbereich, wo man perfekt entspannen konnte. Ob am Morgen oder am Abend – die Umgebung war einfach traumhaft. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir dieses Pool-Haus gebucht haben. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Vielen Dank für alles!

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Majutaja oli väga sõbralik ja abivalmis. Soovitas lähedal asuvaid häid söögikohti ja vaatamisväärsusi. Elamiseks oli kõik vajalik olemas. Konditsioneer töötas väga vaikselt, ei seganud magamist:) Armas väike koht mere kaldal.

Blankas Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und in einer super Lage. Das Café der Spielplatz und das Meer vor der Haustür ist super für die kleine Familie. Wir haben dort drei Nächte auf unserer Reise nach Hvar verbracht und die Nähe zu Split für Ausflüge genutzt. Es ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing stay at Josko and Olesya‘s place. Super friendly and communicative, stunning location right on clear and clean water, you can jump right into the water from in front of the house. We chose to Uber back and forth to split (approximately 20-25 minutes for around 16-23€ per ride), but I believe the bus station is also around the corner. Cute bakery and some bars around the corner with views on the water as well as a nice restaurant on the water is a 4 minute walk away. There is also a little convenience store right next to the hosue with pretty much everything you need! We had an amazing time there! Thank you for having us! Till next time!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt und vor allem die saubere Küche und da Wohnzimmer haben uns sehr gefallen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Split, aber auch die umliegende Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

The waterfront apartment in Split is the perfect place for a couple to stay while enjoying a visit to this beautiful, vibrant and historical city. Toni and Helena and wonderful hosts who will answer your questions thoroughly and quickly and will make any recommendations for things to do and places to eat during your stay. The apartment is very comfortable and is furnished with everything you need during your stay. We loved sitting at the little balcony watching the city wake up, the people enjoying holiday life and even a few weddings in the church next door!! We had a great stay in Split! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the Old Town and all the main attractions, so we could do everything on foot. The private parking was a big plus, very convenient and secure. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the helpful recommendations from our host. Would definitely stay here again!

Unser Aufenthalt in Dinos Wohnung war rundum gelungen. Alles war genau wie beschrieben – die Unterkunft war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Dino war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell – bei Fragen bekamen wir immer zügig eine Antwort. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen: eine schöne Mischung aus ruhiger Umgebung und gleichzeitig vielen charmanten Lokalen in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt Split und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.
