Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Spokane County

It wasn’t cheap but it was worth every penny and more! It was as all inclusive with things you wouldn’t even think of. Renter knew I was graduating from grad school at 51 and left me a congratulatory gift of yummy coffee beans. I can’t say enough good about the location or the renter. Six stars!

To anyone who wants a peaceful get away but yet so close to the city, shopping, activities, sight seeing, etc. you must stay here! No matter a group of people or just for two it’s the spot indeed! Especially if you love wildlife passing through, or if you want to go down to the river and catch a rainbow trout. Highly recommend and will be staying again.

Hilary’s place was great…. So spotless and darling! The yard worked fabulous for my dog he got the zoomies when we entered the yard and settled in. We would stay again!

Alyssa was a wonderful host and provided an excellent place to stay. The home was well equipped for all my needs and for the few things I inquired about she was very responsive in making sure I had what I needed. On top of that this place is well located just outside downtown and walkable to several parks, coffee shops, two grocery stores, and several restaurants. If you are planning to stay in Spokane I highly recommend this location.

I had to add a day to a previous 4day stay. The unit I was staying in wasn’t available but another unit was. I was able to easily add the additional night. Process was easy and the second unit was just as nice as the first. Thanks!!

The apartment is wonderful! It is very clean, with a beautiful bathroom and a kitchen. The location is great, with close proximity to the lake. Great spot and great hosts, highly recommend!

This was a great property. The house is a historic property and has been nicely renovated with a modern/clean bathroom and kitchen. The windows are new (open easily) and each of the main areas has AC. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable and the street was very quiet with no street noise. The livingroom furniture was also comfortable. We enjoyed the walkability of this location and proximity to Kendall Yards, the Centennial Trail, and Riverfront Park.

I absolutely loved being at this BNB. The host was outstanding and very sweet telling me everything I could possibly need since I'm not a Spokane local. extremely accommodating and quick to respond no matter the time of day. This was also my birthday trip and she gave me quite a few good recommendations to try out for food and sight seeing. would absolutely recommend. The neighborhood is amazing as well and it's peaceful.

Lisa was an amazing host. She had a plate of wonderful Homemade Banana muffins set out for us on arrival. She had chilled Osmosis/Filtered water in the frig. and a dish of chocolates on the table as well. She had fresh coffee creamer in the frig. She was available for questions; didn't take long to reply and offered to come down when I couldn't figure out the Roku TV. The decorations were tasteful and most depicted the local area. There was plenty of Lighting and night lights so it wasn't necessary to leave a light on to see if you got up in the middle of the night. Comfortable, Cozy and Quiet just like home. We would definitely stay Again.

We've stayed here multiple times over the years. This is a great place to stay! It spacious and well stocked. I love the cozy beds and linens. My youngest child said the bath mat was like stepping on a cloud. Thanks so much for letting us stay there.

Aaron was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive. The space is so cozy and homey it felt like I was visiting family and not at a sterile hotel. Aaron also provides everything you can think of. Extra blankets, dishes, silverware, cups, shampoo, q-tips, some water bottles, etc. He's thought of everything. He was very communicative and was quick to respond as well as check-in to make sure I was doing well and have everything I needed. Overall, staying her was a great experience. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Kaylene’s place! It was secure, quiet and peaceful! Will definitely be staying here again in The future.

We stayed at this delightful, cozy condo just half a mile from Mount Spokane (we hiked it!) for our son’s wedding, and it was the perfect home away from home. The location was peaceful and scenic, and the full kitchen was a big plus. The view from the condo was outstanding and brought a sense of serenity to our stay. Kristin was a wonderful host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming—which made our 8-day visit even more enjoyable. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax between events. We’re grateful to have found such a special place for such an important occasion and plan to return in the future. Although about a 40-minute drive from Spokane, the scenic route made the trip enjoyable. Ideal for skiing trips, peaceful getaways, or—like in our case—a perfect home base for special events. Super fun place to stay with trails out the back door in a nice quiet setting. The room was super dialed with tons of unique details. Will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town.

I had such a lovely stay here! The bed was incredibly comfortable, I haven’t slept that well in a long time. The natural lighting throughout the space made everything feel peaceful and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. Leanne was such a kind and attentive host; her warmth was felt from the moment I arrived. You can truly tell she puts care into every detail, creating a cozy and effortless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spectacular scenic mountain view from the tall wide window in the living room and balcony is second to none! I captured some amazing picture on my phone, including sunrise, thunder storm & lightning, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you’d need to make it a comfortable home. My kids loved the reading room! Anna, was an amazing hostess! Prompt and clear communication all the time. She made sure we were comfortable and safe! Definitely will stay again!
