Apartment holiday rentals in Spokane Valley

We enjoyed our quick trip to Spokane. The apartment is in a convenient location. The space is clean. It includes board games, netflix, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra sheets, and kitchen utensils. The bed/pillows were comfortable. There was a coffee maker with pods, decaf only (just in case you need regular-bring your own) OR there's cute little coffee drive thrus or pastry shops closeby 😄

Stayed at Kelly’s place for two weeks while we were waiting to close on a house. The location and neighborhood is great: right across from Manito Park, close to supermarkets, close to neighborhood restaurants and a bakery and walkable to downtown. Very private space with easy parking. Would definitely recommend staying here while in town.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during Bloomsday Race weekend! The location was perfect—a short walk to downtown. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was kind, welcoming, and very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay, and we’d definitely come back again!

Was everything we needed for our stay! Easy to get in and out. Place was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the location for getting around and how quiet it was at night. Slept with the sliding doors open at night and never had a problem with sleep.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at Judy's place and it didn't disappoint this time. I was there for my son's college graduation and I was able to work from the house in between social events. Judy was responsive and accommodating - and I still love the chemistry motif. Always clean, quiet and comfortable with lots of special touches. I'm sure I'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit was well appointed with restored character, very clean and comfortable. Lots of places within walking distance (Huckleberry grocery store, Rocket Bakery, Cannon Hill Park, Manito Park). The onsite parking was easy and street parking is also plentiful. You will need to be able to navigate stairs outside the unit and then stairs to the second floor of the building. Leanne and David were very responsive hosts. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Excellent and quickly responsive host. Brand new listing that needed more clothing storage and the hose immediately accommodated us. Busy night time area - lots of young people enjoying nightlife near by. We felt safe and secure Should have asked for an extra set of keys as security is tight in the building

Very nice place! Shari is very nice and quick to answer any messages sent. Stairs for upper floor are pretty steep so be careful (bathroom is on second floor), I didn't mind them. The stay was very comfortable.

This a great space. Spacious, incredibly comfortable bed and well-appointed kitchen. We parked our car and walked or biked everywhere we wanted to check out while we were there. Quick and easy walk to the arena, Riverfront Park, the Centennial Trail, and the hip Kendall Yards area. Will happily stay here again!

The place is situated on a side road with a dead end limited traffic so it was nice and quiet with sleeping. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen was very nice for the space and they had tea and coffee there for you. Definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful location, perfect for my last couple months of school, walkable to campus and close to the rest of the city

Home is centrally located near food, parks, shopping and downtown. Great location. Big soaking bath. Quiet.

This is a great setup inside of an upscale apartment community. The community is well cared for and clean as can be. The parking was right next to the location of the apartment. We enjoyed a newer, well appointed, 3 bedrooms/2bath apartment that had all described amenities. There were plenty of initial supplies on hand for our extended weekend stay. Expansive lawn area out front was a great place for our kids to play and the patio area was a gem on a nice evening. A pleasant surprise to our stay is that the pool was already opened for the summer! The kids loved it and families were everywhere! Definitely on our list for return trips to Spokane!

As a Host myself I so really impressed with Sue's place. It was immaculate. She went above & beyond to make sure it was scent free for us. Very reasonably priced. Perfect for our one night stay. The bonus is she allowed my dogs to stay as she is a dog lover also. There is a huge dog park 2 blocks away. If you are coming from Spokane there isn't any restaurants nearby however Cabon's was right off the freeway in PostFalls. Sebastian's coffee and pastry was the perfect stop for breakfast and very easy to get back on the freeway.

This place was super cozy and homey. Nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a super great night there. Will probably book again in the future. ❤️

make sure you screenshot your instructions on how to get in with the door code. that was literally our only scary issue. got up tge mou tain pretty late and no service! right at the door I got one bar of 4G and called host! she answered right away and gave me the code! bless her heart!

Lisa was an amazing host. She had a plate of wonderful Homemade Banana muffins set out for us on arrival. She had chilled Osmosis/Filtered water in the frig. and a dish of chocolates on the table as well. She had fresh coffee creamer in the frig. She was available for questions; didn't take long to reply and offered to come down when I couldn't figure out the Roku TV. The decorations were tasteful and most depicted the local area. There was plenty of Lighting and night lights so it wasn't necessary to leave a light on to see if you got up in the middle of the night. Comfortable, Cozy and Quiet just like home. We would definitely stay Again.

A must stay!!! They did such a wonderful job immersing you into the Harry Potter theme. So fun, thought out and clean. We loved the big table for board games and felt right at home watching Netflix on the comfy couches. The hot tub was great too. Would recommend to everyone!

This was my second stay at this quiet, comfortable apartment with a great country view. I watched deer and turkeys in the valley, and saw fish when I walked down to the river's edge. It's spacious and well appointed with soap and dishes, etc. The wifi worked well. I only occasionally heard the owners or their guests in the main part of the house, and they respected the listed quiet hours.

What a lovely little attic apartment! Heed the warnings about the low ceilings, but it's very well kept and perfect for a few days in the 'burbs! Adam and family were wonderful hosts, very responsive and accessible.

Such a beautiful area and great for a little getaway. Annie was very communicative and nice. Definitely would recommend!
