We loved this house! Rick was very responsive to all messages. The check-in process was extremely easy. The house was perfect! Plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortable. The back yard is very peaceful and inviting. The hot tub was a nice way to wind down each day. There were plenty of towels, plates, cups, etc. the location of the house was great. A short drive to wherever you needed to go. The basement bedrooms are very nice for those that like super quiet/dark for sleeping. Washer and dryer was handy too and worked great. No complaints on this property. Will book with Rick again if we are back in the area!

We had a group of 4 that take a week long golf trip every year. This house was within 30-40 minutes to several great golf courses, we played two rounds every day and never played the same course twice, then came back for all the games at the house. Great space for our group, no master on suite, but bathrooms were upgraded and clean. Kitchen had everything you could want including what you needed for cooking outside. We are trying to lock in our dates for next year and will definitely be back. Thanks for having such a fun house.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

Absolutely everything we needed and more! We had a party of 19 stay at Kayloni's for a wedding weekend. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and more, everyone commented on how wonderful everything was. The kitchen was truly the heart of the home, but we also spent time around the pristine pool, the wonderful hot tub and playing on the shuffle board table. The front living room provided a quiet space to read and relax. All of the bedrooms had ample storage as did the bathrooms. We had everything we could want for making meals - large fridge and gas range, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups and gadgets! The 2nd kitchen was super handy for extra appliances as well as storage. The outdoor grill was super for burger night! Kayloni was super responsive to any questions we had as well as provided information on local attractions and restaurants. She truly is a SUPERHOST! Would highly recommend for any large gatherings where you want to relax and enjoy time together!

Great location for our family gathering! The pool was awesome! Had a little trouble with the upstairs a/c and the pickleball net was pretty run down but there was a great amount of towels and pool towels provided. The basketball court and the light on the court for the evening was fantastic! Host was very kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

We recently hosted a graduation party and spent the weekend with family at this incredible Airbnb, and to say we were impressed is an understatement. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully prepared. The home was not only impeccably clean but thoughtfully stocked and perfectly suited for gathering, relaxing, and celebrating. The in-ground pool was an absolute hit—sparkling clean and the perfect backdrop for our weekend of fun. The outdoor space was spacious and welcoming, giving us plenty of room to celebrate while still feeling private and peaceful. What truly stood out was the level of service. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and it made all the difference. It’s rare to find a space that’s both stunning and so comfortably livable. We made memories here that we will cherish forever. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier stay with exceptional hospitality!

We had a lovely peaceful stay and really enjoyed the nice backyard with relaxing hot tub. Truly a great experience, highly recommend!

Kate’s house was very accommodating and she was very sweet. The house was very clean, and she made checking in super easy for us. She allowed us to check in early, and she was very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The house was perfect for our large family, and we enjoyed having the deck with the outdoor furniture! We will definitely be staying here again!

Area was very open and quiet. <20 min drive to the airport, city, Idaho state line. The house was very clean, looked newly built, had all the amenities we needed and plenty of space for us at a fraction of the cost of other nearby, similar sized listings. The comment about trash a previous visitor left is just unironically that. Dudes complaining about taking the trash to the curb on trash day (Friday). Instructions were clearly on the listing, and if that's the biggest grip, I'd still call it a win.

We enjoyed our stay! Ken was wonderful to work with and let us check in a few hours early. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils that we needed and we were appreciative of the complimentary water in the fridge!

Our stay at the open plan cozy charmer was great. It was clean, comfortable and we felt very safe. We had the space to visit and it was beautiful to be able to sit at the kitchen table while it was raining outside. Lana was a very responsive host and answered all questions. We would stay there again.

This place is great! Carrie and Katie are awesome hosts. The space has everything you need and the location is ideal. I stayed with my partner and our two dogs. I had a contract at CCNW and it’s about 10 mins away so the short commute was nice. Dishman Hills natural area is close by with lots of hiking trails. The fenced back yard was ideal for our dogs, and having extra space in the garage to store our bikes was a big plus for us. We’d highly recommend this place for any reason that brings you to the area!

This is the perfect place for a large family or several couples to stay. Kitchen has all the needed pots/pans/utensils etc to be able to prepare meals when you are staying for more than just a couple of days. Beds are comfortable, linens and towels are spotless. Very comfortable home. Jacklyn is quick to respond, and was a delight to chat with. Highly recommend staying here.

The house was what it was advertised to be. The rooms / beds / ammenities were as described in the listing. Location suited our needs as we were in town for work. The house was not quite as cozy as home, but definitely much better than a hotel. Greg was a good host. He was very responsive when messaged. We didn't encounter any problems during our week-long stay. Will definitely keep this place in mind if / when we are back in town again.

Beautiful place and location. Everything here is sparkling clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Everything you need is here including kitchen supplies, extra blankets, lotion, soap, paper towels, great coffee, amazing shower and what looks like a top-notch washer/dryer (we didn't use it, but it is really nice.) You will love it. We did. Hosts are also instantly responsive and considerate.

We loved staying at Dina’s place when we visited Spokane for our so son’s wedding. The house was super clean, well appointed, and close to the areas we needed to be. Dina was very responsive and helpful from booking to check out. She checked in during the stay to see if there was anything else we needed. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Spokane.

We checked in February 21 and stayed for 7 weeks. Communication was excellent, and Gwenyth was super quick to respond to any questions. Home was extremely clean and quiet, with a well equipped kitchen. The beds and covers were very comfortable. The house looked exactly like photos and the description was right on. Treats were there for our dog when we arrived as well as a comfy cover.

What a gem! It’s really amazing to stay in a place where such a beautiful lake view just surrounds you! It’s new, and the design really does feel luxury. Jackie and her husband were great hosts and had plenty of local recs, including for dog-friendly places. Highly recommend!
