Studio apartment close to the center

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is a 3-minute walk to the train station and a 5-minute walk to the center. In the rose garden you are in about 20 minutes. For further exploration I can provide 2 new mountain bikes. For bicycle tourists, the bike can be parked in the hallway at night.(220V socket). When arriving by car, free parking is of course available. Especially for longer stays, there is a washing machine.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

We spent three nights with our dog at Carmen's. The filled water bowl on arrival was super sweet. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was clean, quiet and everything you need for a nice stay.

A cute little house on an old yard. Even if it looked historic from the outside - inside everything was very modern and new. Jacob & Susi seem to have a little slander for aviation ;-) The living area is flooded with light and generously designed, the kitchen had everything you need - even a fully automatic coffee machine was available. Thanks to the great weather, we were often able to sit in the green yard and watch the balls & meises feeding. A little oasis. By bicycle, you can quickly reach Pückler Park Branitz and Cottbus. Bike paths are well developed and signposted - but the shallow and sea-rich area is great. We will definitely be back, with a short drive of only 90 min it is ideal for us for a short break. Thanks to Susi & Jacob and see you soon

We had a wonderful time in the construction trailer. The location is really fantastic, with a view of the fields. Since we had summery weather, we could relax and ride the bikes we were allowed to borrow to the lake. Communication with Lisa was always pleasant and friendly! We would like to come back.

I had the great pleasure of staying at your wonderful Milton place recently, and I can't stress enough how outstanding my stay was. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The place itself has been perfect. The apartment was spacious, stylishly furnished and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for. The location of the accommodation is also ideal. Located in a quiet area and with lots of nature, this invites you to hike. In summary, my stay with you was completely perfect. A very nice and cozy apartment in which we felt very comfortable. Anja and Marko have thought of everything, including coffee and tea. The kitchen is super equipped, the bed very comfortable and the old town and university within minutes walking. Also thanks for the later checkout and great communication. We would definitely come back.

Our employee had to go to Spremberg for business. Heidi's place was perfect. Communication with her was great and two very short-term extensions of the stay were possible without any problems. Heidi always responded promptly. We would book an apartment from Heidi again at any time and felt very comfortable with her and at her place. Thank you!
