Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Spring Valley

I am a San Diego local, but my family was coming to town and we needed more space. I picked this place because I knew my sister and brother-in-law would love being able to walk to all the restaurants and brewery nearby and my 6 year old nephew would get a lot of use out of the pool. The place exceeded my expectations, it was perfect for everyone. We spent a lot of time in the backyard swimming or playing board games, and my Mom got a lot of use out of the hot tub. Communication with the host was excellent and the place was comfortable and clean. The only downside is my family might visit too often now!

Our home away from home. The property was conveniently located to major stores. It is 30 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, and Sesame Street. The house is very spacious and brings in light energy. Our family loved the beds and comfy pillows which can make or break a vacation. The bathrooms were spacious and worked conveniently with the needs of our family, especially the Bluetooth speaker😁. The backyard was our favorite! Beautiful space during the day with plenty of space for our 3 year old to run. Serene and chill views in the evening. We 100% recommend this property for your family. And would definitely stay again.

Nathan is a beyond awesome host. He's communicative and kind. One of the beds had an issue and he sent his worker to fix it ASAP. He always asked about our well being and left a comfortable spot to enjoy our vacation. The Jacuzzi is AWESOME! I recommend his place 100 percent! Thank you, Nathan.

Beautiful place and was perfect private layout for two couples- one bedroom/bath upstairs and one bedroom/bath downstairs. Washer/dryer in the unit was a great convenience. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was extremely good. The outdoor lights around the pool came on at night and made everything look magical. Jeffrey was very responsive. Wonderful location.

Vanessa and Chris' house was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the back yard. Such great hosts they were. They checked on us to see if we needed anything. If there were questions, there response time was quick and right away. I will definitely go back again. And if you haven't been, you should go. Thank you Vanessa and Chris for making us feel right at home.

This was our second stay and we will be back again. House is a perfect size for families with kids or large groups. Peaceful mornings out back enjoying the sunshine. Double washer & dryer made our stay even easier. Quick access to freeway. Grocery store within minutes. Great amenities!

The place was clean and well-kept. The 5 rooms had comfortable beds and individual A/C units, adding to the comfort. The backyard was great for hosting. The only minor criticism was the lack of instructions for the fire pit. I managed to turn it on successfully; it produced a strong fire, perfect for cozy nights. There was adequate seating for everyone. Inside, the house felt clean, including the bathrooms. The living room had a large couch and the dining area had a large table, accommodating our group's size. A small improvement would be to hang the towels in the bathrooms to avoid a scavenger hunt. The wifi was down upon arrival and never regained function despite troubleshooting, but my cellular service (T-mobile) was sufficient. The host was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay. I didn’t receive dining recommendations, but it was easy to find places to eat.

This place was just as advertised, and had everything you’d need for a stay. The location is centrally located to just about anything in SD….it felt as if everything was 15 minutes away or under.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

The house was perfect to have family over to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UCSD. The house is beautiful and very well equipped to accommodate a large group. Thank you!

Beautiful property and surroundings. Loved all of the plants and fruit trees around the property! The pool and hot tub were well kept and we had a blast! We were a big group, I loved how many lounge areas this property had. We never felt cramped or like we didn’t have space/chairs for everyone. Beds were super comfortable - way more comfortable than you usually expect at a rental. The host was super responsive and it seemed like they had thought of everything!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

The super nice treatment, very attentive, total comfort, very close to service shops and tranquility, recommended as everything is very nice.

This place was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party. I have truly not had a more perfect Airbnb stay than this one! The house felt so private and secluded so we felt very safe in the gated property. The management team was the best I’ve ever seen (and I love luxurious spots and I work in hospitality.) it was truly 5/5 stars. They were immediately responsive, they fixed any issues immediately and they were very generous with their time and amenities. This is the perfect house. Only note I would have is maybe there should be more towels available for guests - we were a little limited on towels. Thank you!!!!!

had a great time at janet’s place. the house was clean and perfect for the girls trip i was on. we did however keep hearing a beeping sound from being “too loud” so be mindful of that if you plan to stay here. other than that i have no complains!

Beautiful property for us to spend some family time together! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. We would definitely come back and stay here again next time we come home to San Diego.
