Unique and interesting place to stay. Nicholas is a very friendly and helpfull host. Enjoyed the hummingbirds and meeting the donkeys. Would love to come here again.

We have just returned from an unforgettable time in the beautiful home of Céleste and Nicolas. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and their kindness really marked our experience. The accommodation is beautiful, carefully decorated and perfectly equipped. Every detail has been thought out to make the moment pleasant and comfortable. We highly recommend this address to all those looking for a relaxing and authentic getaway. We spent two nights with Renée and found her to be a wonderful host. She was very nice and accommodating. The house is located in a quiet residential area and is charmingly furnished. There is parking right next to the house. The rooms were tidy and the bathroom was great. We used the kitchen and ate at the kitchen table. Renée offered lots of cereal, but also bagels, cream cheese, jam, yogurt and lots of fruit for breakfast. We also got some tips for excursions and hikes in the region (especially Zion NP). We would book Renée's Airbnb again.

Amazing place! The property abuts Dixie National Forest and is teaming with wildlife. My wife and I saw dozens of mule deer in the evening and in the morning stopped on our way out to watch wild turkeys feeding while two big Toms strutted around for the ladies. (It's their breeding season). Great room, great hospitality, wonderful hosts and breakfast. Thanks, Rob and Paula! We will be back I'm sure.

We loved our stay to visit Zion National Park, the room was comfy and it has an incredible view from the garden. Felt very peaceful and secluded. It was easy to get into Springdale as it is located near the shuttle stop, which takes you into the town and to the visitor centre. The breakfast voucher were AMAZING value, we loved Oscar's breakfast and it saved us so much money. Thank you and would highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect! While we only visited for one night, it was the perfect spot. It was extremely close to the park entrance, lots of cafes and restaurants, and the self-check-in was very easy. Our favorite part was the hot tub at the top of the hill. We had a beautiful night looking up at all the stars. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Perfect Location for visiting Zion. The room was amazing and Neil was a funny guy. His breakfast cooking skills are oustanding.

Lezlie's B&B is a lovely place to sleep and relax when visiting the Zion national park area. Besides the bedroom, guests have full access to living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a "breakfast fridge" and individual storage space, in- and outdoor sitting areas, a laundrey room, and info material about the area and restaurants in town. Everything is very clean and you can see that Lezlie loves details, decor, and wants to make her guests feel comfortable. Before arrival, Lezlie sent us helpful instructions and she made sure to show us around when we arrived, even though it was late in the evening. In the morning and evening we met other guests in the shared area and quite enjoyed the exchanges with them. Thanks Lezlie for this home away from home!

Great air bnb, host was very communicative and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy and served early! Close to both the Grand Canyon and Zion.

We had a great stay at Lezlie's house in Rockville. It was a clean and beautiful space with very close proximity to Zion. Springdale has gotten more and more crowded, so it was nice to be a little bit away from the crowds at the end of the day. We did visit Kolob Canyon instead of the main park one day, and that drive takes you back through La Verkin. We enjoyed pastries, coffee, sandwiches at River Rock Roasting Company every time we passed through. It's a great little spot (pizzas smelled pretty good, too) nearby for something a little more casual and low-key. Breakfast items provided in the morning was a nice amenity before getting started on our hikes. We would stay again.

My husband and I were visiting Zion National Park for the first time so I chose this place because of their rating/reviews and walk ability to shuttle in Springdale. It did not disappoint! When we arrived Ashley gave us all kind of great tips on what to do in the park since we were here for a short visit. We followed her advice and our 1st visit couldn’t have been better. Our room was spacious and very clean with a nice big shower. The morning of check out we opted for breakfast burritos so we could get an early start to east side to walk the canyon overlook trail. They were delicious! Will definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Zion!

We had an amazing stay at Liz’s bed and breakfast!!! The location was right next to Zion and the breakfast was delicious and perfect for our days of hiking!! My favorite part was looking out the window of the room at the beautiful cliffs of Zion. We hope to return one day!!
