This is an excellent property close to Zion National Park. We would certainly stay here again.

We had an incredible stay in Ivins, Utah! The home was immaculate—brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The view overlooking the ancient lava field from Snow Canyon was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to an already serene setting. The neighborhood was peaceful, welcoming, and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The community pool and gym were great bonuses, and the adult-oriented environment made for a quiet and restful stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Easy to access and perfectly located for outdoor activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in Ivins!

We were in Ivins for business and Jackie was great to work with. The home is located near the Tuacahn theater at the mouth of Snow Canyon and we were able to catch a play while we were there.

The home was absolutely beautiful, the host was helpful and kind, I would absolutely stay here again!

If you want to watch golfers that is the place to do it. Great communication. Great places for walks. Beautiful!

Excellent rental! It was a quick drive to Zion, had a few local restaurants that were walkable, and a hot tub! Great host, and gorgeous home. Would highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and it was a perfect place to stay for our group of 9. The kitchen was very well stocked for an Airbnb and Carol’s suggestions on where to shop and what to do were very helpful. We never wanted to leave!

Staying at the cottage was one of the best decisions we made for our girls’ getaway! From start to finish, everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a thoughtful note and a basket full of our favorite snacks, which was such a lovely touch. The cottage itself is incredibly spacious and full of thoughtful amenities. The beds were unbelievably comfy, and the house stayed nice and cool even during a hot weekend. We especially loved relaxing on the deck and soaking in the hot tub it was the perfect way to unwind. Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! I’m already dreaming about coming back with my family! it’s such a great spot for kids! I can’t recommend it enough!

Stephen and Deb’s guest house is an absolute must stay! The location is stunning, nice amenities, clean, and perfectly situated between Zion and the cities for access to all you will need. Lots of wildlife and scenery on the property, and very private. We don’t normally interact with hosts when we stay at air bnb’s, however Deb and Stephen are wonderful hosts and just lovely to connect with. We also loved being greeted by their dog Henry in the mornings and afternoons!

Our stay in the Zion Gateway house was excellent! From the host Susan being very proactive and helpful to the beautiful furnishings it was great stay! We weren't there very long but especially enjoyed the use of the garage (we were traveling with my son's belongings) and the massage chair! Susan was very kind and definitely made sure we were taken care of. If you're thinking about it, this would be a great place to stay!

Everything about this house and location was outstanding!! Could not have been happier! Communicating equally outstanding!!

We arrived and found the home clean and nice..and cold! AC works well! Most of the house is updated. The upstairs full bathroom needs to be updated but in working condition! The back porch needs a decent amount of cosmetic love...so we didnt do much there...it was kinda sketchy actually, but functional. The orchard-- from the description seemed bigger in my head?!?! It was a large backyard with many trees and flowers and an old water feature that is ready to be updated to something else, but all in all, it was nice to wander around outside a bit with the kids. There were 3 couples and 2 kids and we all felt adequately spaced out and not crowded in the living room, dining and kitchen area! The dining table was matching the beautiful and redone kitchen. We did realize we should have brought paper towels or napkins...and there was 1 roll and we went thru it with a day to go still. Also, be ready to wash utensils after every meal or BYO! It was a great experience all in all!

This Airbnb was beautiful and accommodated our group perfectly. We had no issue with the booking, check-in, or any particulars during our stay. Looked just as the photos. Tia was a wonderful host. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we visited St. George/Hurricane.

As we drive away I said “great spot” to my college aged son who responded “awesome spot”. We enjoyed fires both nights - a very local store has a porch with wood bundles for sale and a cash drop box for after hours purchases. The hot tub was great after a day walking The Narrows. The beds were comfortable and the views were idyllic.

I'm quite impressed by how this place is well designed to utilise space! It's also well equipped with everything. overall, loved our short stay.

The place really is luxurious! Interestingly located within distance of Zion and Bryce Canyon national park, our family of 7 had a great time in this very pleasant, super clean and well decorated villa. The surroundings are quiet and private, which was highly appreciated. We felt right at home, and we would definitely recommend!

They are incredibly responsive and friendly, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

We had a great time staying here for 3 nights! The house had lots of extra amenities, especially the kitchen. It was completely stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, toaster, etc., that you would need. The game room was a big hit with the kids, and we loved the outdoor space as well. You could tell thatthey had really thought through all of the things that people might need while staying here and I really appreciated that consideration. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very welcoming and responsive. The house is on a beautiful golf course, very quiet, very peaceful. The house is close to Zion and Sand Harbor Park as well. We also enjoyed the fun board games the house had as well as the ping pong table. Thanks for a great trip!

We had a magical retreat at Lazalu. Gorgeous location in the middle of a plateau surrounded by nature and mountains. Lots of beautiful hikes around if you don’t want to mingle with the crowd in Springdale. Thanks for hosting us!

What a fantastic home! It was exactly as shown in the pictures with high ceilings, large picture windows, modern fixtures, and spacious rooms. It was so comfortable and enjoyable.The wonderful kitchen was well stocked with all necessities. The patio was lovely with nice tables and chairs, a great hot tub, and a beautiful view. It is in a great location being accessible to Zion. It is very well managed, and we received quick responses to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!
