Spread out in roughly 2,000 sq ft of space across 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms plus a semi-private bedroom nook, and a large family room with a 65" 4k TV, sound bar, and LaZBoy recliners. Enjoy the shade of large mulberry trees while sipping a nice beverage in the outdoor lounge area after a day on the trails. Details like bedside lighting, blackout curtains, plenty of plugs, and various pillow options have been well thought-out in this space. I designed it to be as comfortable as possible!

This is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with new air conditioner/ furnace, and windows. It has good internet, new bedding, mattresses, and dishes. It is a block away from BLM land for unlimited biking and hiking. The condo is located in Sports Village which has great amenities that keep everyone happy and busy. We purchased this condo for our family to use and are happy to share it with you when we can't be there. Pools are not available Dec. 1-Feb. 17. Hot tubs remain open. 😊

N0 STAIRS to climb and no one above you. The condo sits on the corner sharing just one wall. It is Light, bright and airy. The location is excellent and the amenities are a blast. The condo is only 425 sq ft and is really best for up to two people, 3 will be very tight. It is cute an cozy with a great view from balcony. There is also a washer and dryer on the balcony. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and basic items to make you feel at home. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
