Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Es gibt mehrere kleine Inseln wie z.B. unsere Leseecke oder Kaffeebar. Für die Kinder sorgt ein kleiner Spielbereich und Sandkasten. Der 700m2 Garten bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden oder einen gemütlichen Abend am Lagerfeuer.

This is our 2-room apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living-dining-bedroom-kitchen with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, plus a pretty, modern bathroom. VERY IMPORTANT: Many, many animals live on our farm! My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
