Measuring 130m2, the apartment sleeps 7 people in three double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau) hiking area. You can reach the Celtic city of Hallein by car in about 20 minutes, the Mozart city of Salzburg in about 30 minutes, and the nearest ski resort in 40 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails and swimming lakes invite you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings to the fullest. In 2026, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card and Mobility Ticket by email.

Fantastic mountain idyll, wonderful view of Hoher Göll, Watzmann, Kalter Untersberg,..., all day sun, a very special place.
