Holiday rentals with a patio in St. Augustine Beach

Great condo. The elevator was used daily as I have knee problems. The view from the livingroom was the ocean and the view from the kitchen was of the intracoastal waterway. Many nights we watched the beautiful sunsets and the dolphins playing. Alan was always very responsive. Very friendly. Great place to stay.

This was our second stay at this lovely condo. The Unit looks exactly as advertised. Panoramic views of St. Augustine beach from a very well appointed condo. The kitchen is well stocked with high end glassware, knives, dishes etc. The living room has comfy couches and chairs. The king bed in the master suite is comfy with high quality linens. As this is an end unit there is a large balcony outside of the master suite overlooking the dunes and beach. In general, the Ocean Villas complex seems to be well maintained. The pool was kept clean and there was plenty of poolside seating and umbrellas. I'm sure we will book this unit again. Joan H

We had an excellent time! The condo was super easy to access and it was a quick 5 min walk to the beach. We also loved being just 10-15 mins out from the main town for night time activities. There were plenty of breakfast and lunch spots locally which was also super convenient. Our host was very responsive and friendly! Overall we would highly recommend and will likely return in the future!!

A wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend choosing this Airbnb. Brandon checks in with you through Airbnb to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need. I plan to go back if this place is not already booked! Have a wonderful stay! I really appreciated being able to check-in after 1 PM on my day of arrival. You will love the neighborhood that is very walkable with beautiful lakes along your way.

Great place to stay to explore the historic parts of St. Augustine with my 2 year old. Super walkable and convenient! The bed was super comfy and the space had literally everything you need (sunscreen, dry shampoo, flossers, body wash, etc). The first night a fan wasn’t working and the host brought another one by within 30 mins! Thank you for a great stay :)

This was a great place to stay. Very clean place with many amenities available. Perfect location very quiet and short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a beach day available also. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

Our stay was excellent! Libby was a great host and extremely responsive to any questions. The house was exactly as pictured/listed and it was a prime location. The house had everything we needed for vacation, even children's books/toys, which made it super easy to travel with two little ones. We would 100% stay again!

We had the best experience at Uncle Reggie’s Beach House! Beautiful home and perfect location close to everything. We really appreciated the bikes and all of the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Our pup loved the beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard! Monica’s home was amazing. It was spacious, beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location. She thought of every little detail. You basically don’t need to bring anything because she provides it all from pool and beach necessities to toiletries to kitchen essentials! She even provides kitchen gadgets and accessories that I don’t even have in my home! She was responsive and checked on us frequently. This was the perfect girls trip with my 3 aunts and cousins. We were so impressed we tried to book it again for October but she was already booked! I’ve stayed in many places all over the world and this was one of the nicest and most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. I can’t wait to come back to St Augustine again! Thanks Monica!

Awesome for 4. Was in town for a wedding and was the perfect place to stay close to town.

We had a great family vacation at Michelle’s place. The pool was always warm, the game room was fun, and Michelle was very responsive to all my questions. She even went out of her way to make sure my daughter had a high chair.

This home is even better than pictured! There are thoughtful details everywhere like tea, coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, makeup towels, and lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers! Everything was so comfortable, clean, and welcoming and Antonio was incredibly communicative and accommodating! The fenced yard also is especially a wonderful feature especially for folks traveling with their pup! We enjoyed playing corn hole in the backyard and there is even a fire pit for cooler weather! We would highly recommend everything about our experience! Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

Absolutely adorable themed rental. Little touches like the scavenger hunt, treasure chest with snacks, coffee bar (such a huge plus!) down to the little touches, like themed silverware (you’ve been poisoned ☠️) made the experience magical. I’ve stayed in many air bnbs or vrbos and this was definitely one of my faves!

The property was top notch! Extremely clean & comfortable / lots of room & relaxing! It was a short driving distance to whatever you might want to do. Host had lots of local recommendations which was super insightful & appreciated!

Jonathan’s place was walking distance from the beach and located in a great community. Additionally, Jonathan was very communicative and responsive. He also provided a guide of local recommendations, which was super helpful in planning the trip!

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

Our stay at Rebecca's place was great! We are a family of four, the two daughters are 18 & 24. We had plenty of room in the condo as all my girls like to read when we took some time to chill before dinners and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other when all four of us were there at the same time. The place was clean and Rebecca had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves at the pool, the pickle ball court, the beach, the kitchen or just sitting around playing board games after a long day out. We also noticed she had some things available for the tiny ones in your family. We spent a couple of our days in Historic St. Augustine doing some shopping on one day and doing the tourist tours on the other. The drive from the condo to downtown is a straight shot and about 20 minutes. Traffic was never an issue and there are plenty of places to stop if you need to grab something on the way back to the condo. It's about a 3 minute walk to the beach. Great place to stay!!

This is a great place to stay. It’s exactly as described. We are a family of four and there was more than enough space. The amenities were good and there are lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days by the beach.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.
