The stay was just as described—you get the entire basement, although it's not very spacious. It's a great option if you're on a budget. The only downside was the lack of body wash; the owner mentioned it had been stolen and hadn’t been replaced yet. Also , the shampoo was almost over. I'd recommend keeping an eye out for small details like this. Overall, it was okay for the money.

Nice, easy to find, dog friendly location close to the falls at a great rate. We enjoyed our stay at Mike and Tanya's place, it was just as described. We had the pleasure of meeting Mike after check in, he was friendly and gave us some suggestions on places to go and tips for viewing the falls. The place was clean, and just as described with no hidden fees. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to doing so again ourselves.
