Holiday rentals with a balcony in St. Johann im Pongau District

The location was great and house had amazing vibes. we had pleasant time. The house was clean and in very good conditions. House was well equipped with everything we needed. There was enough space for our kids to play. Check in and check out was easy. Everything was great.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb property! The accommodation and location were perfect and matched the pictures. The bed was comfortable, and the property had everything I needed, including cleaning supplies. The view from the balcony was epic! However, I found it unfortunate that the company renting the place doesn’t want to communicate via the Airbnb app but on email only. Despite this issue, I loved the property and its modern and cozy look.

The apartment building is located in a quiet location close to the center. The apartment offers enough space for 4 people. The apartments are very warm and dry. Clothes dried on ordinary hangers. No need to put clothes on batteries. They can't hear the neighbors, it feels like we are living alone. The owner and the landlord did not bother us at all and trusted us completely. Near the house is a nice ice rink. Our daughter is on figure skating. After skiing, she was happy to go to the ice rink. Also next to the house there is a perfectly organized trail for cross-country skiers. There is also a thermal sports complex nearby with numerous saunas and a children's slide. Also recommended is a visit to the restaurant Gastein Alm. From the apartments to the restaurant, you can walk through a beautiful park for 12 minutes. Auction Thank you!

Great place in nature to stay

Really nice apartment in good distance to ski lift. Definitely recommend for two people, but can also house a few more. Relatively clean, but a bit of dust if you were looking for it. The apartment is equipped as a home (our stay was 28 days) and we had no problem cooking. Nice shower and toilet. The only thing that might be missing is laundry facilities, but the bathtub can be used as a washing tub:) Not much to complain about!

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. Everything went smoothly. The photos accurately reflect reality, and the apartment was equipped with everything I needed. The host was very helpful and communication was easy. I’d be happy to come back in the future. Highly recommended!

A cozy apartment in a beautiful setting. Convenient location for nearby getaways. This is another extension of the stay.

We had a very nice ski holiday. The apartment has completely met our requirements. What was above all great was the underground parking with its own garage for the car. It was a bit associated with maneuvering, but everything worked out. The apartment was also as we expected. It was clean and there was actually everything you needed except basic spices and oil. You might be able to upgrade a little here. What is good to know is that there is a ski bus but this is about an 8-minute walk away and you have to go up/down a quite steep slope to get to/away from the bus. To get into the city it takes about 20-25 minutes on foot. All in all, we were very please. Especially the price performance definitely voted! PS: The balcony is really big :)

We booked the accommodation for a hiking vacation with the kids. Unfortunately, it has unusually rained a lot for the season. After extensive walks in the mud, we were able to make ourselves comfortable in the beautiful accommodation. We still had a wonderful time in Flachau and in the Chalet. We'll be back. Maybe even in winter for skiing.

The place is beautiful and spacious. Everything was beautiful. I never received the keys to the lodging. You had to take the key in a place ten minutes from the dwelling.

We had a great long weekend in Bad Gastein, there was no concern regarding the apartment.

Great place for a few ski days with up to 19 people. Some beds are sofa beds/armchairs, which are a bit uncomfortable and the showers are a bit outdated. However, the kitchen is super equipped and the location is a few minutes away by ski bus to the ski resort.

This is a lovely place very clean with amazing views and good host. Just be mindful of two things one there are two venues attached so if the house next door is occupied the outside space is not private. Also if anyone in group is elderly or cannot walk down slope it is not advisable to go here as the walk from car park to house has a slope and multiple steps.

We had a great stay at Anita & Toni's place. Communication with Anita was very good, The house was very clean and cozy. the sauna is awesome! The Kitchen is a bit under-equipped with spices, oil, and some other basics, that could have made our arrival smoother. Overall, a very good place (!!!) in an affordable budget
