The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Located at 1,350 m altitude, 25 m from the slopes and ski bus stop. There are 3 fun parks in our ski resort!

Our quiet apartment (32 m²), overlooking the Tennen Mountains, offers direct access to the ski area and our cross-country trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Restaurants and inns are also very close. Enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery at the foot of the Tennen Mountains. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

In der Umarmung der Hohen und Niederen Tauern finden Sie das Zuhause der massiven Bergwelt mit den schneebedeckten Gipfeln, der grünen Wälder, den kristallklaren Seen, der rieselnden Bäche und der Gastfreundlichkeit. Nach Neugestaltung unseres Hauses 2017 wurde die Aussenfassade erneuert, Innen ist der Charakter eines Bio-Holzhauses erhalten geblieben.

The one-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor in the former sauna house right at the entrance to the Lammer Valley. You can reach the Lammertal virgin forest in less than an hour and you can take many more hikes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, a 10 km long cross-country trail awaits just 100 meters away. Even though our house is a little older, it is powered by 100% renewable energy. The holiday apartment Mountain Suite No°204 with step-free access and facilities is located in Großarl and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 33 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating 2 people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. You also have access to a shared sauna. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!
