The arrival went super smoothly thanks to the key box. Elisabeth will stop by if you let her know you're there, but otherwise all communication goes smoothly through Airbnb: fast, friendly and efficient. The cottage is truly fantastic – everything you could wish for on a trip is present, and even more than that. Everything works perfectly: from every lamp to air conditioning, kitchen and WiFi. I really don't know what could be better. The location is also ideal: bus stop and station within walking distance, and with the free public transport card you get on arrival, you can travel easily throughout Salzburgerland - we even went to Salzburg for free. There is more than enough to do in the area. In short: a perfect stay that I would definitely book again!

A truly unique place to stay. Very quaintly furnished. We felt comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and straightforward. We would definitely recommend the 11er Häusla.

My family and I spent 2 nights here! A very nice house, very private and quiet, in the middle of the mountain landscape. The garden was very nice with a terrace, grill, a trampoline for the kids and soccer goals. Down by the river, we were able to cool off in 30 degrees. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Iris was very nice, accommodating and helped us with great tips. Thank you for this lovely stay!

Great place to stay for our 3-generation stay. Everything very convenient and very nice. Great equipment and high quality. Host was super friendly and helpful. We particularly noticed the high-quality kitchen equipment, the great beds, the terrace with the fantastic view , the good parking and the tranquility. Also for our two dogs it was a perfect place for the week. If we have to find something negative, the vacuum cleaner looked spacy, but didn't vacuum well🙄.

It was wonderful accomodation. Felt peaceful. Claudia was very helpful with all the information. She was very welcoming to us. Place is very clean, easy to find and close to many attractions. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a lovely week in the house. Everything was clean and beautiful spaces. Good beds, nice and warm, nice bathrooms and the kitchen had everything. There are Alpacas in front of the house that are a bit curious, but do stay at a distance. The bus stop is to the left of the house within walking distance. This allowed us to go to the slopes. There is also a restaurant at that stop where we ate a few times. You are in Altenmarkt in a few minutes and the road to Zauchensee is beautiful. Altenmarkt is a nice village, where there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We really enjoyed it!!!

We had a really nice time. The apartment was tip top in order and all the necessities for a nice week present. Alexander and Stanzi are very hospitable and are happy to help you get around with tips for the surroundings. The apartment has a beautiful location with lots of different hiking opportunities nearby. All in all a place to come back!

Everything was very nice and functional. Some equipment could be missing in the kitchen, for example. More than 4 forks. But it was small things. Everything else was great.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Great apartment👍, well equipped, plenty of space and a great location.

We booked Julia's accommodation for a long weekend for 7 people. Julia was super nice and always responded quickly to messages. The apartment had more than enough space for all of us and a great balcony. Overall, we felt very comfortable there and can recommend the accommodation.

We enjoyed staying at Nina's place very much. The apartment is very spacious, modern and extremely clean. We especially liked the great amenities of the kitchen. The apartment is perfect for a large family or group of friends. The connection to the ski bus was ideal. I'm sure we'll be back!

The place was by far one of the best place we have been in last fee years. It’s Unterberg near Dorfgastein, is a peaceful, clean, adorable little village surrounded by evergreen mountains with snow capped peaks. The whole Gastein valley area is a must visit when you are in vicinity of Salzburg or Hallstatt. Its wonderful. Then comes the apartment. Its beautiful, compact and perfect address for a family stay. Finally the host David, is a wonderful person. He is always responsive, respectful and helpful. Overall this place is definitely recommended. We would love to come back again.

We stayed in this apartment for the second time. A parking space in front of the door, an elevator in the house, a great view and a quiet location. A good starting point for hiking. The bus stop outside the front door is also convenient.

Great stay in Flachau at Maxs place. Walking distance to ski chair lift. Really well set up for big groups for cooking and also storing ski gear. Late check out also given.

Very nice space, sufficient for 2. Nice that there was a good TV, nice sofa, nice bed, modern bathroom, parking space in front of the door and of course the garden. Recommended!
