Holiday rentals with a patio in St. John

We had a wonderful stay at True Blessings. Laurel is a great host and would quickly reply to any communication. It is perfect for 2 people. We loved sitting by the bar on the deck with our morning coffee and the evenings we cooked at home.

Alex’s place was beautiful. Spacious and so clean. We loved sitting on the terrace and drinking our coffee every morning. Anything we needed, Alex responded immediately. We rented his jeep and it was great to go around the island. Would highly recommend.

We visited St. John for the first time and are so glad that we stayed with them. They were so helpful with recommendations for where to go and rental places. The place was clean and spacious. It was great meeting Bridget, Michael and their family - highly recommend anyone who is visiting St. John!

Julie and her associates were great with communication. My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to St. John. We always have a great time on the island and this condo was the perfect way to enhance our vacation.

Great apartment with a beautiful view. Terrific value for staying on St. Johns. Short drive to best beaches on north shore. Driving on St. John is very doable but takes confidence and a little adjustment with all the curves and left side driving. The apartment driveway is typical for the island, steep and at an angle. It is paved. Also takes some adjustment, but quickly very doable. Elvis and Paulina were reachable by text and phone and live a short distance away. Apartment is very private and well equipped. They provided all linens and plush beach towels as well as beach chairs. King bed was very comfortable. There are two apartments, we were on the lower one. Never heard the people upstairs, which was great. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place with an astounding view and you are ok with the driving, it's the perfect spot!

Salt On The Rocks was just right for us, 2 mature couples who enjoyed walking to the beach, snorkeling, hiking. We made most of our meals there and spent mornings and evenings sitting out on the balcony looking over the surrounding countryside. It definitely felt like we were away from the noisy tourist scene and liked the small town atmosphere of Coral Bay. We especially enjoyed going to the local music open mic gathering at a couple of different venues.

We absolutely loved staying at the Flamingo house in the Tide guest house. It was so cute, comfortable and just like it was pictures. Not only was the inside just perfect and well appointed, but the outside was also just gorgeous! I loved they left a booklet of what to do and all the info we needed to have an easy stay. We ended up renting a jeep because the hill the Flamingo was perched on what just too intense to walk up each time we wanted to explore. It did make for great views being up there though :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

If you find yourself in St. John and want a beautiful secluded space with a great view, do not hesitate to stay here! The road getting up to it is extremely steep so if that is hard for you, that would be the only issue. Our jeep made the climb up and down no problem, but it was the steepest road I have ever been on! Other than that, the space is perfect for your homebase. I highly recommend Coffee on the porch for sunrise before your adventure of the day. A great clean space that just feels good to be in.

We loved our stay at the Yellow Flamingo. we traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids the size of adults(14 and 12). Honestly, I was very pleased with the condo. Based on the pictures and previous experiences with smaller rentals, I was afraid we were going to be cramped or the kids bed was going to be too small. I was pleasantly surprised they had enough room to share the sofa and we had enough room to maneuver around each other. We were very pleased with the location too it was a quick scenic drive to any of the main beaches. The view from the pool was great! The pool had a ledge to sit and was about 6 ft deep in the middle. The kids were slightly disappointed they couldn't touch bottom. This was the only complaint from them and it didn't matter because they got their water fix at the beach. The kitchen setup was great because we were able to fix quick dinners easily. Our host could not have done anything more to make our stay better.

This house was perfect! The view off the deck is totally stunning...sunrise, sunset, crystal blue waters, rolling hills of the East End of St John and even a full rainbow one afternoon! We spent a lot of time out there. The house was very comfortable, great big comfy couch, beds were nice and linens great and lots of pillows. The kitchen was very well appointed, big and fun to cook in with the counter and chairs for others to keep you company. The frig is huge and the ice maker was crucial. The laundry room was so convenient downstairs. The location was wonderful--near many amazing beaches and hikes, historic areas and local eateries. Quiet and peaceful but with plenty to do. Overall we LOVED staying here!

If you wish to feel right at home on St. John this location is definitely the spot! The views from the patio are beautiful. The house layout is wonderful. The living room and kitchen share that same amazing view as well! Spent time cooking many homemade meals in the kitchen that had great pots and pans and utensils. As for getting a great nights sleep after a full day at the beach, the beds were very comfortable. Dena the host on the island was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would book this Airbnb again in a heartbeat! Side note found the best beach on the island to be Salt Pond Bay, which was super easy to reach from this location. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

I had a great trip staying at Cabrita by the Sea! I was provided with many recommendations and had any questions I had answered quickly! The Airbnb was easy and convenient near Red Hook where you can find many restaurants and the ferry to St John. While at St Thomas I would recommend going on a snorkeling trip. Our favorite beaches were Magens Bay and Trunk and Maho (St John)

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at Casa Carolina. It was our first trip to St. John and truthfully this villa offered one of the best views on the island right from the deck. Whether reading a book under the shaded area or floating around in the pool, you cannot help but feel a sense of peace and tranquility. We really enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife (white donkeys, iguanas, goats, deer) this side of the island offers. Keep in mind that Coral Bay is not the side of the island with the iconic white sandy beaches and aquamarine water. You will have to drive about 15 mins to get to the North Shore beaches and Cruz Bay where most of the shopping and restaurants are located. Also, the villa’s kitchen and living area is separated from the downstairs bedrooms by an outdoor staircase. This was not a huge deal for us, but I guess could be for some. We thought it was nice to not have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

We spent three wonderful nights at Dolphin Suites. Parking was super easy. We never had a problem finding a spot. This place is also very walkable to Cruz Bay. We only used our car to drive to the beach. Otherwise everything we needed was within walking distance. The unit is exactly as pictured and is perfect for a couple. Very clean and fully equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, and even snorkeling gear. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice little condo on the water, with great views!

My best friend from college and I took a much needed girls trip and this condo exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, had an amazing view of the ocean and we were even left a welcome gift. The condo was fully stocked with the basics and the condo manager picked up our groceries and put them away before we arrived. The private beach and pool were perfect and don’t sleep on Sangria’s. The food there was amazing and my friend who has celiac said they had the best gluten free pizza she’s ever eaten. If we had any questions the hosts and condo manager were quick to respond. With all of the complaints people have nowadays with Airbnb cleaning fees and requirements we were shocked that all we had to do upon leaving was lock up. The only suggestion we could possibly make would be to maybe have a list of favorite restaurants, bars or things to do that a tourist wouldn’t think of doing. Our stay was absolute perfection and we’d definitely come back.

The location was gorgeous. The view and the beach were amazing. It was a short quick walk down to the beach, pool, restaurants, and beach bar. You definitely need a vehicle to explore more of the islands, but after spending a day beach hopping, the one at the condo was by far our favorite for both swimming and relaxed snorkeling (even our teenagers agreed)! We’ll definitely be back again!

Our stay in St. John’s was great! Charlie was a great host. He was extremely welcoming, responsive and gracious. The Airbnb has a separate entrance and feels very private. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The place was well equipped with essentials needed for cooking, the beach, and toiletries. My mom and I do a girls trip every year and we would be happy to stay here again!

Kim, was so fabulous of making sure we had every thing needed including an information packet, which was so informative, and then some. Kim met us upon arrival and gave us a tour and filled us in on all necessary information. She had a gift basket prepared upon arrival as well. If we had any questions and concerns she was Johnny on the spot. We had a great trip and appreciate Kim's island hospitality.
