This is a 2 bedroom, with a King in one and queen in the other , 2 bath, washer-dryer, kitchen and living space combo and has a nice little sitting room that has a perfect view of the marsh. The condo backs up to the marsh, has a large deck that faces east, and makes it enjoyable to watch the beautiful sunrises we have . Quiet and peaceful makes it a great getaway spot !

Welcome to 1221 Forest St. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Close to shops, restaurants, beach and historical points of interest! This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is perfect for a family of 4. There is king size bed in the bedroom and on the opposite side of the room are 2 twin beds. This condo also has a large back patio perfect for grilling and entertaining, complete with a large outside dining table and comfortable seating! Come stay awhile!

Walk to the beach, ride bikes, sight see historic sites, golf, shop, dine out at a wonderful selection of great restaurants. Only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach. Public access at 3rd or 5th streets. Between the Pier/Village/Neptune Park and the King & Prince/restaurants where all the action is and you can walk or ride bikes to. Great location!

Recently purchased and renovated with many new furnishings, floors, and appliances in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full service Xfinity and Netflix along with free internet. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.

Our little beach cottage is completely enclosed with a privacy fence for your pet to run free. It also features a porch for outside dining with a grill and an outdoor shower.

Stays of 5+ nights include complimentary cart use; shorter stays may add it for a fee. Rental agreement required after booking. Cart use requires additional terms and valid license.
