Our quietly located luxury chalet is on the edge of the forest in a small-scale holiday park, close to the village of Stadl an der Mur. The chalet is beautifully situated on a mountain slope, giving you a beautiful view over the mountains and the valley, with the village of Stadl in the distance. The living area of the chalet is 115m2, with a spacious and sunny terrace all around. In the immediate vicinity are the beautiful and cozy ski areas of Kreischberg, Katschberg and Turracher Höhe.

French Cottage with Panoramic Sauna

The Franzosenstüberl is a rustic old grain box and offers the highest living culture for two to four people on 40 m2 (two floors). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer and plenty of shelves as well as stereo system and Wi-Fi. The upper floor consists of living room, built-in double bed and single bed as well as a couch (also a crib is possible). A flat-screen TV is available for long evenings.

The Hillside Chalet offers space for 9 people on about 120 m². Stylish furnishings in the modern wooden house with an old wood look make the chalet, which was completed in December 2022, something very special. Sauna, hot tub, electric car charging station, fiber optic Internet, tiled stove with glass front, spacious bathrooms and a modern kitchen leave nothing to be desired in the chalet, which is furnished with a lot of love. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Our ski chalet is close to The Austrian Alps which means we are near several major ski resorts the nearest being the kreischberg ski resort, just a 7 minute drive away. The chalet is clean and modern and has everything you would need for a self catering holiday with the luxury of a family sauna. The chalet is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Please note there are extra charges for cleaning to be paid locally, see house rules below.

With a free-standing bathtub and an atmospheric bioethanol stove (in an open fireplace), the apartment offers many opportunities to relax. The maisonette is east and west-facing and offers atmospheric light at any time of the day or night. A swing in the heart of the apartment ensures joy and wellbeing.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Chalet "Hirschfisch" right next to the slopes

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

NaturChalet

Our modern chalet in the beautiful Lachtal has 2 bedrooms for 4 to max. 6 people (additional sofa bed in one of the bedrooms), 2 shower rooms, a sauna, a cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a dream view of the mountains! The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with Swiss pine beds for restful and healthy sleep. In winter, we recommend snow chains!
