Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe. So wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Dichterviertel, umgeben von schönen Parks, dem Flutgraben, vielen Brücken und nah dem schönen Steigerwald. Wenn Du die Altstadt, mit unseren vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden möchtest, dann sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Du kannst aber auch die Straßenbahn nehmen. Die Haltestelle befindet sich quasi vor der Haustür.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
