It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Right across the border from Woold-Barlo is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of it is a shop and gas station, which is where it all started. Meanwhile, the gas station is unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guest house. Our vacation home “Alte Mühle” is a former water mill. The mill house has three floors: On the first floor there is a small bathroom with shower and a fitted kitchen with dining area. A dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge with freezer are provided. From the kitchen you can access the garden terrace. On the middle floor is the cozy living room with a wide sofa bed. In the attic there are two single beds and a spacious closet.
