The holiday maisonette "Alte Trotte" was refurnished 2019 in a listed timber-framed house from 1719. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a cosy living room, and a charming bedroom on the second floor. Suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The "Alte Trotte" is located between "Seestrasse" and Lake Zurich (guests can use private access to the lake). Close to the railway station. Parking is included.

Zurich is only a 35 min train ride away - every 15 min throughout the day and until late. The apartment has stylish furnishings, a large cozy double bed, a bathroom and kitchenette. The flat is ideal as a base for holiday guests, travellers or expads. - 5 minutes walk to the next shopping possibility - 10 minutes walk to the train station - 30 minutes by public transport from Zurich - 1.5 hours to Bern/Lucerne/St.Gallen/Chur I am Swiss, live alone in the flat. Therefore I like to rent my apartment when I am on holiday.

Welcome to our stylish and spacious flat! It's fully equipped, comfortable, bright, silent and modern. We made most of the furniture ourselves, including lamps, tables, benches. It is nicely located in peaceful Männedorf, close to the lake, supermarket and the train station (all a 10 min walk) and a short train ride from Zurich (17min).
