Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Stafford County

Our stay was perfect, the property is beautiful. The house was a great fit for our family of 5 adults, including my father who was joining us. The 3 full bathrooms make the stay very stress free. Larry and Kimberly the house were extremely good at communicating. Great stat would recommend.

We were there for a high school graduation on the marine base so it was a great location for getting to the base. You can’t really see the house from the road because there is a house in front of it. The cottage itself is very comfortable and is every bit like the photos show. We would definitely stay again.

Great location in downtown Fredericksburg. Can walk to all restaurants and bars within a few minutes. Convenient to train station. Cute house with original wood floors but modern kitchen and baths.

The house was spotless and well maintained! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. The location is perfect - close to everything yet peaceful. Downtown is a block away with so many fantastic restaurants and bars, most that are dog friendly. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the front porch was the perfect place to relax and work remotely. The WIFI is very strong and the back yard was perfect for our fur baby. This was our best Airbnb experience to date and I highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home surrounded by trees. It felt like we were tucked away in the woods despite being in a lovely neighborhood. Very clean and the home has everything you need for a cozy homelike stay and then some - cookware, outdoor seating, laundry, very spacious. We will be repeat guests if needed again

My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend at your apartment very much. It was my wife's college reunion weekend, and this apartment was a great place in which to access everything. Great historic building that has been renovated in a very responsible manner.

Very nice getaway. William was always quick to respond to any questions. The space is nice and comfortable. It is located in a prime location close to shopping and restaurants. Great to walk everywhere and not have to drive. Comfy bed and nice hot shower. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. We found this AirBnB to be stress free. It was in a nice community and managed by quality owners who were helpful in recommending places to eat, etc. It is quiet and relaxing atmosphere with a back porch facing a wooded area.

My daughter will be having a baby soon and have been looking for a place close by for when I visit. This is it!!! It is affordable, clean and decorated beautifully. So relaxing, usually I can't sleep well in hotels but slept well here.

Perfect spot for people who plan on bringing their personal boat to Lake Anna. Condo was clean and had all the amenities including prime proximity to the marina, locally owned restaurants and shopping. Would book again in a heartbeat. Had a great time!

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.
