Wow! We had an incredible stay at the Cabin @ Atlow Mill. The whole set up at Atlow Mill is beautiful and without fault. James was helpful from the start, sending us clear instructions, information and even offering flexible check in. When we arrived, James greeted us - even insisting on carrying our suitcases to the cabin ☺️. James showed us around the cabin, explained where everything was and showed us how to use everything. James also provided really helpful tips for walking routes, parking, where to eat etc. The cabin itself is immaculate, finished to an incredibly high standard and well stocked with all you could need - even Prosecco ☺️. As per one of James’ recommendations, we walked across the sheep fields into Hognaston and enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Red Lion. We also enjoyed a trip to Carsington with a long walk around the reservoir. We could not praise or recommend the cabin at Atlow Mill, and James & Chloe as hosts, more highly. We hope to be back again soon!

We've just returned from a girls weekend at Gopsall Farm and stayed in pod 2. It was everything we hoped it would be and the cows for neighbours was an added bonus. It was a very relaxing break, we made great use of the hot tub, had drinks in Farm pub, listening to live music and taking in the beautiful views from our decking. The bottle of fizz on arrival was a lovely touch and went down very nicely. All the amenities you could need were supplied. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

amazing hosts. lovely private place, has everything you would want and more. very well looked after place. the hosts make lovely gestures for your stay. it is very quiet and private aswell. will be visiting in the future again

This lodge is such a gem in a beautiful peaceful location yet with loads on the doorstep. Instructions to get there were very helpful, hot tub was ready for us on arrival and the lodge was so beautifully equipped and plenty big enough for 4. We spent a beautiful evening on the deck with a Chinese takeaway delivered by the recommended place nearby. To wake up in this location was such a treat. Weekend was rounded off by a Sunday lunch at the Boars Head as recommended by Janet. Comms from Janet were quick and friendly throughout. Could not fault this place and I hope to return.

Everything about this place was great. The little village itself is lovely and plenty little shops and a few bars, restaurants. The accommodation was lovely and just what we were looking for. They have thought about every single detail. From tea, coffee and milk in the fridge for our arrival, to things like storage containers to take dirty dishes to the cleaning hub next to the lodge. Every single detail in the lodge had been thought about to make the stay perfect. The bed was comfy, maybe a little hard but that is just my personal preference. The hot was really lovely. Completely private and not overlooked at all, which is what we wanted. It was lovely and warm and was checked every morning by staff. The staff are friendly. I asked if we could do a bbq on the decking of the lodge and was told we could as long as it wasn't a disposal one as it would burn the plastic decking. Hollies farm shop is 4 min drive away and perfect for bbq food. We will definitely be returning

Although on the farm itself, the property was very private and even had its own private lawn. The host, Heather, was very helpful and welcoming. The property was clean and stocked with all you need for a little getaway. We were able to take our dog and felt he was safe at all times.

Unbelievable stay. I am a sucker for romantic hideaways with hot tubs! Have done loads but this place trumps everyone! My partner’s birthday- Katie decorated it as a surprise! Did not expect that. Luxurious, beautiful little touches throughout the lodge. The views to die for. Extremely comfortable. Perfect nights sleep. Quiet. Planning to return soon as want to visit Castleton and hope valley. Definitely well worth booking ❤️

Stunning place! We absolutely loved our stay at Colehurst Lake. We stayed in the Hansel & Gretel House which was a great little place to spend a couple of days in. The house itself was very comfortable and cosy with everything we needed with sitting area, dining area and well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Also, the bed was one of the most comfortable we've had.! The bbq, hot tub and outdoor areas were brilliant, and the surrounding areas is just beautiful. We loved being by the lake and hanging out with the geese and it was lovely to take a walk in the nearby woods. Holly and Nicholas are incredibly friendly and helpful and we are already looking forward to staying there again in the future. We would highly recommend to people to stay here for a beautiful getaway.

The stay we had a the Cabin was our first time away together. The cabin was spotless and the scenery was magical. The whole experience was just perfect and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much.

we had an absolutely fantastic time here and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed and, despite it's small size, was laid out perfectly. In our family we had, 2 adults, 2 children (12+6) and a medium sized dog. plenty of room for all of us. A lovely, relaxing stay in great surroundings. Thoroughly enjoyable and would recommend to all.

Amazing setting. Immaculate accommodation and friendly helpful host. Also great for a wheelchair.

Rob was lovely, kind and thoughtful. The boys loved it here, lots of toys to play with, lollipops and space to play. A bath for the children, shower for the adults and a permanent bed each. The area in the marina was peaceful and relaxing, the views fabulous with lots of wildlife, the people around friendly. Would highly recommend

Host was very good at providing information about the local area which I had asked questions about. A lovely Lodge and the hot tub was fantastic to relax in after a long day at Alton Towers. We would stay here again.

Such a fab break from busy work life. The animals on your doorstep were lovely - great cabin for our 5 month old puppy!

Lovely cabin in a beautiful area, surrounded by sheep and horses which we loved. Cabin very homely with everything you could need. Thanks for a great stay!

Absaloutley lovely very friendly , good communication hot tub was brilliant fire was lovely, very clean , very welcoming highly reccomend , such a lovely place nice scenery , will deffo go back again !

We came to stay at this amazing cabin for a few days to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was perfect. Just us in our own little space, with rolling countryside and idyllic walks just outside the gate. We bought our pizza oven and camping table, set up overlooking the canal and just had the best time! Would very much recommend!

We had an amazing stay at The Forest Pod. Jo was super responsive and a great host. It had everything and more needed for our stay and the pod was in a great location. We went for a few beautiful hikes nearby (despite the weather!) and it was in a walkable location to them all. Beautiful surroundings, would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay at this little retreat! Couldn’t fault it at all - super responsive host couldn’t have done more to help! Super clean, cosy, amazing views - the perfect getaway. Absolutely amazing, hot tub was an added bonus. Sarah was really helpful gave us a good few places to visit for our stay. The cozy cabin we had was on the end and waking up to the cows on the field was a new experience which was a fun one. Loved the idea of the fire pit. After a long soak in the tub coming out to dry by the fire pit while watching the stars was amazing. Will definitely be back

Loki's Lodge was amazing. Sarah really went above and beyond with all the bits she includes in the accommodation to make your stay home from home. It was spotlessly clean, really comfortable and so nice I forgot it was a static caravan. Sarah added so many lovely touches, including a goody box for the dog with everything you could need. Will definitely be back again! Thank you!

What a fantastic find this was. Such a beautiful setting and exactly as described. The hot tub was a massive hit and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Everything you could possible need was in the lodge and Adele was so helpful and always messaged straight back. A wonderful host and a wonderful place to stay. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hut! Away from the city, immerse in country side. It's 5 mins drive into Nantwich and Uber works well in the area
