It was exactly like the pictures showed. Very nice location and very cute apartment. Katarina was very friendly, helpful and made always sure we have what we need. Thank you for making this trip unforgettable!

My husband and I spent a lovely week at Asteri Home. The house was exactly as expected and just what we wanted for our week in Crete. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to make breakfasts and a some dinners at home. The main double bedroom was big enough and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dark and the shower is quite small, but we made do. The most amazing part of the house is the huge garden overlooking the sea that has 4 sun loungers, 2 outdoor tables for dining, a BBQ and a dart board. We spent a lot of time sitting at the end of the garden enjoying the view. Véronique and Yiannis are amazing hosts. They were so helpful right from the start - arranging transport from the airport, a rental car, offering suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Kokkini Hani is quieter than other more touristy parts of Crete we visited. We found wonderful Greek restaurants with fresh seafood everyday. The supermarket and shops are all in walking distance. A lovely place!

What a beautiful and special place! We had gorgeous views for sunrises/sunsets and it was a more quiet/relaxing place stop for our extended trip in Crete. We experienced quite a bit while we were there-Spinalonga, Elounda, Kolokithia beach (go early at 7-8 before the boats come in), Agio Nikolas(get the goat’s milk frozen yogurt) and we hiked to the windmill farm(8-10 miles) and went to the Plaka beach(bring water shoes). Lily was so helpful and pleasant and the place was perfect for our needs! Oh and we loved the food at Porta and Carob Tree;they seem touristy but the staff were pleasant (not pushy) and the food was fantastic. I hope we can come back one day!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available for any questions and offering great local recommendations. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk to the beach, charming local tavernas, and shops. We truly felt at home and are already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend!

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden sogar um 2:00 Uhr nachts noch persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Der Pool war richtig toll und was auch toll war: Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr gut um den Pool. Wir hatten am Tag nach unserer Ankunft heftigen Sahara Regen und überall war roter Staub / Sand. Der Pool war entsprechend auch schmutzig und der Vermieter hat echt den ganzen Tag daran gearbeitet den Pool wieder sauber zu bekommen. So dass wir den Pool auch noch 2x nutzen konnten, bevor wir in den Westen von Kreta weitergezogen sind. Die Wohnung hat gute Fliegengitter, so das keine Insekten in die Wohnung können, außer durch die Wohnungstür. :D Es gab nur einen Nachteil an der Wohnung. Sie ist wirklich hellhörig. Also Geräusche kommen in der Wohnung relativ laut rüber. Wir haben zu viert in der Wohnung geschlafen, das hat schon ein wenig gestört. Ohrenstöpsel waren eine gute Lösung. :D

Super Kontakt mit Irini. Wir bekamen kurzfristig Bescheid, daß wir früher einchecken konnten. Wir hatten eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Irina hat uns alles gezeigt, selbst für das 1. Frühstück war der Kühlschrank gefüllt. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage, viel ruhiger als erwartet, keinerlei Lärmbelästigung. Zu Bedenken ist bei Anreise mit eigenem PKW die angespannte Parksituation und bei schweren Gepäck, das enge Treppenhaus bis in die 2. Etage. Der Ausblick entschädigt aber für alle Mühe. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Logement très bien situé et très propre, à proximité d’excellents restaurants et services, avec une vue incroyable. L’hote est disponible et efficace. Arrivée facile. Merci Nikolaos!

Mara's place is a great - clean, stunning view, and very close to town. All good. There are two potential draw backs for senior travellers. First are the steep steps to the apartment - 4 flights which made it difficult to carry heavy luggage. If you are traveling light there is no problem . Second - Street parking is not possible in Agios Nikolas. The closest parking was very affordable, but a one mile walk up a big hill. Otherwise great find if your traveling light and want to be in the middle of Agios Nikolas. We stayed a week. George

Together with my wife and daughter I really did enjoy our stay at Elenis Apartment! We had to leave Crete earlier than expected (due to some private stuff). Eleni was very understanding and accepted our request of shortening the stay. We got a refund of 3 days which was very accommodating!! The flat got everything you need, we spent most of our time on the balcony looking at the sea. The beach close by is nice and quiet. The next restaurant is in walking distance of 25minutes, we do recommend a rental car though.

Magnifique ! Foncez ! Le logement: Wahou ! Propre, cosy, confort. Une magnifique terrasse avec un jacuzzi privé dont nous avons beaucoup profité et une vue sur le petit port à couper le souffle. Une cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut (frigidaire, vaisselle, couverts, etc ...). 2 belles salles de bains avec tout ce qu'il faut (serviettes, produits, etc ...). Chambres confortables. Un salon avec Netflix, pour ceux qui le soir ont envie de se poser un peu. L'accueil: Wahou ! Harry nous attendait avec le sourire, malgré notre retard (avion, location de voiture, les aléas des voyages🤣). Sur place un tas de choses pour bien commencer nos vacances : fruits, charcuterie, pain, eaux, coca et de quoi déjeuner (confitures, miel ,café ..) Le gros+: Merci à Harry pour ses bons conseils (lieux à visiter, restaurants, tavernes, plages ...) et sa constante disponibilité et rapidité à répondre pendant notre séjour. L'endroit: Très joli port, un peu bruyant et animé le soir. Bon départ pour sillonner.

Nikos was an out standing host - the property was second to none - really pleased I stayed - if I ever go back to Crete, I will definitely stay at this property - thanks again Nikos for being so friendly and helpful, bo5h you and your wife - by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien in Dimitris Appartement. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit qualitativ hochstehenden Möbel und es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts. Die Terasse hat einen einzigartigen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und wir haben viele schöne Stunden dort verbracht. Dimitris ist super freundlich, stets erreichbar und mit hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. hat er uns sehr geholfen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen hat er uns auch organisiert und es hat bestens geklappt. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fussgängig gut erreichbar und die Busstation ist gleich auf der anderen Strassenseite. Wir können das Appartement wärmstens empfehlen, für uns das schönste bisher und wir werden gerne an die Zeit zurückdenken und bald mal wiederkommen.

Unsere 10 Tage Ferien konnten wir dank Dimitris hilfreichen Tips und Ratschlägen sehr genießen. Die kleine Wohnung hatte alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt Die sehr ruhige Umgebung und die Nähe zum eigenen Strand und Garten hat uns sehr gefallen. Dimitris hat uns bei allen Anliegen sehr gut unterstützt. Über die Geschenke die wir bekommen haben haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Lage mit dieser schönen Aussicht direkt auf das Meer war hervorragend! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und den Kindern hat es auch super gefallen. Wir konnten uns immer an Karolos wenden und er hat uns super Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Olga et sa famille sont des gens d'une très grande gentillesse. L'accueil est exemplaire. Sa maman Helene nous a préparé des spécialités grecques pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. De par ses connaissances nous avons aussi pu assister à des spectacles de danses typiques de la région. Je vous recommande cette destination sans aucun problème. Nous y retournerons nous aussi pour approfondir la découverte de cette ile grecques.

The place was great just a few metres from the beach and within walking distance from everything. It was clean, tidy and well furnished and equipped. The only drawback of this location is that it is not always easy to find parking nearby. This is not an issue for couples but for a family with 2-3 little ones it might mean a great deal of carrying from and to the car.

וואו! נסענו למסיבת רווקות 4 בנות והיה פשוט מדהים! ג׳ורג׳ עוד הרבה לפני הנסיעה דיבר איתי בווצאפ והיה זמין לכל השאלות שלי. הזמין לנו מונית מהשדה תעופה שהגיעה בדיוק בזמן והכל היה מאוד ברור דרך הווצאפ. גם בכניסה לנכס ג׳ורג׳ קיבל אותנו, לקח מזוודות ( עד לצ׳ק אין) ושמר עליהם בחדר מאובטח. הנכס מהמם ומתאים בדיוק,נעים,נקי,שכונה שקטה וממש ליד כל הכיף - מרחק הליכה של חמש דק בדיוק. קנה לנו קצת דברים לנשנש שחיכו לנו בחדר, היה תמיד זמין לשאלות והמלצות עבורנו ואפילו עשה לי ממש טובה ולקח אותי טרמפ למסאז שהזמין לי מראש באיזור. באמת שהיה פשוט מושלם. ממליצה ממש לכל מי שרוצה לנקות את הראש ולקבל שירות אמין ומקצועי מעל ומעבר.

Great condo with a beautiful view. We loved walking down the beach towards all the bars and restaurants in the area, great location.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

De host zijn super aardig, reageren altijd op app en vragen of alles goed gaat (Ze had zelfs brownies gebakken voor ons). Daarnaast is het appartement vrij ruim en heeft elke kamer airco. De balkons zijn ontzettend fijn om de dag op de beginnen met een prachtig uitzicht. Ook de badkamer is super, met een regendouche en zelfs nog een wasmachine. Daarnaast was alles schoon en goed geregeld.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden, man ist im Zentrum der Insel, sofort auf der Autobahn (Empfehlung: vor Einzug unbedingt rückwärts am Berg anfahren üben!!) und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Vor allem der kleine Balkon direkt über dem Meer hat es uns angetan, auch wenn er im Sommer vielleicht etwas zu heiß/zu wenig schattig sein könnte. Hier schließt man auch schnell Freundschaft mit den 4 Katzen, die gelegentlich auch den Nachbarshund zur Weißglut treiben. Wer Angst vor Katzen hat, sollte sich bei diesen anhänglichen Exemplaren lieber eine andere Wohnung suchen, Katzenfreunde werden es lieben. Mariannas Mutter ist eine gute Seele, bringt Eier der hauseigenen Hühner sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse vorbei. Alles in allem für uns der perfekte Ort, um die Erkundung der Insel mit Erholung zu kombinieren.

An absolutely amazing spot in Agios Nikolaos! A spectacular balcony to relax on and take in the Mediterranean views. (Also came in handy to dry my clothes - drying rack provided - after using the washing machine.) Totally walkable to all bakeries, restaurants, shops and “the Lake.” A two minute walk from a larger grocery store which was clutch for grabbing food and some beer & wine for the balcony. A five minute walk to a local swimming dock & beach club. Emma & her mother were great hostesses! Her mother checked me into apartment and showed me all the ins & outs of the space. A complimentary bottle of wine & homemade raki greeted you in the perfect size kitchen. Even flowering vines fragrantly welcomed you home after dinner. Might be my favorite Airbnb of all time! Just a wonderful stay…and for an incredible price! Value at its best. Would live there if I could.

Excellent location, very clean and large apartment Comfortable beds, good quality air conditioning that is adjustable in each rooms Provided a travel cot and high chair for our baby which was very helpful Few steps up into the apartment, but then there is a lift to get luggage up Beautiful view, unfortunately the balcony was out of action for our stay as they were replacing the railing with a glass one - this did make it a challenge to dry clothes, but hopefully wont be an issue for others. Kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped, though we didn't need to do much cooking. Would have been good to have some cupboard essentials provided that you don't want to have to buy like condiments, coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc.

Wonderful place to stay. Right on the beach. Nikos and his father were there whenever we needed them and very attentive. Highly Recommended, as is Nikos restaurant, Libre, the best on the beach by a long way!
