Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Penthouse in farmhouse & 2 sunny roof terraces

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Mountain hut with beautiful view and sauna

We offer our approximately 250-year-old hut for your own use. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for 6 people and 1 small child, by arrangement with pets, on around 100 square meters in any season. It is located on a sunny slope, not far from the Mölltal Glacier and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Permaculture mountain idyll in the NPHT

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Grossglockner area, the National Park "Hohe Tauern".An alpine holiday apartment on two floors in the old farmhouse, on a permaculture farm, with a separate entrance and its own large terrace. Natural materials give the living comfort a pleasantly warm character. The mountains and the valley within reach, in a secluded location at the edge of the forest. The apartment is bookable all over the year.

Relax, relax, enjoy nature, unwind and just do what you feel like. On our farm in Tresdorf - A small place, sunny location, in the heart of the Mölltal, right by the Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearby ski resorts invite you to ski in winter and the Mölltal Glacier, and even beyond. The "Alpen Adria Trail" on the mountain and the "Großglockner Radweg R8" pass directly by us, they make hikers and cyclists beat faster.

Holzhutte Andrea

This natural house in Mörtschach, which is 100% self-sufficient in energy, was completely newly built in 2015 and is located in a sunny, quiet place. You will live in the detached chalet completely alone, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very cozy. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is closed all around, making it also great for families with children!

The room is located in a quiet, sunny hillside location and offers a fantastic view over Bad Hofgastein and the surrounding mountains. It is equipped with a double bed, private bathroom and terrace. Good public transport connection, about 700 m from the main road, train station and bus stops. The center is also within walking distance along the Gasteiner Ache in approx. 30 minutes. Ski storage is available.

The "Schnuckelina Hütte": Cozy and romantic self-catering wooden hut on the southern slope of the Hohe Tauern at 1400 m. With a large living room and fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a bed storage with a double bed, and a great designer bathroom. Private barrel sauna on the 1400 sqm property. A dream for Nature Lovers! Easily accessible by car via a paved freight path.
