Nice outdoor areas with terraces, a lawn for playing, and a conservatory for barbecuing and relaxing. 10-minute walking distance to Sandnes city center with a train station. The train takes 12 minutes to Stavanger. Perfect base for city life, beach life, Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock), and Kongeparken (King's Park). The space The first floor has a hall, kitchen/living room, and bathroom. The 2nd floor has a loft living room, 2 bedrooms with a double bed, and a toilet. Parking space for cars on both sides of the house.

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. In 2023 and 2025, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in its own right. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

(20min by car to Pulpitrock hike start) Folding door at the front and two large sliding doors give the option to open up to nature outside. Fishing and bathing opportunities only 120m from the cabin. Wood-burning stove inside and outdoor wood fireplace. All bedrooms have light-proof sun shading.

By fast boat from Stavanger, you can reach the islands in Ryf Ryfylke, including Lysefjorden, Flor og Fjaere. The place has free parking. But no EV charging.
