Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Residence Jakov has apartments literally situated on the beach. They offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to the beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in St.Novalja. This appartment has beautiful view and below is the beach. Now we offer off season prices for September and even more lower for October (those months are very pleasant and peaceful to be in Stara Novalja)

I stayed for a week with six friends in this apartment. Great location to get around between Novalja and Zrce. In addition, the homeowners were exceptional in every way. Very quick to respond and always available to answer questions. They also provided us with the umbrella. He was also able to provide us with directions to the rentals. House in a relatively convenient location with a beach less than a 10-minute walk away, while the center of Novaglia is a 30-minute walk away. I'd love to come back

Our stay in the villa was completely successful. The accommodation is excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired – especially the large, beautiful pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. A big praise also goes to the hosts: They were extremely friendly, always available. The location of the accommodation is ideal - a fantastic beach is just a few minutes' walk away. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment holds everything you need, it is very clean, the view is incredible. The local store and bakery are super close to the building. The beach is only 5 minutes away by foot. The host is very nice, always ready to help and makes sure you have everything you need. 100% recommend! We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time in the villa of Andela! The accommodation was not only modern and stylishly furnished, but also immaculately clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We were particularly impressed by the breathtaking view of the sea and the spacious pool area - perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. The location of the villa was also ideal: quiet and private, but still close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. This villa is really a little paradise – we'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful week. Were received very kindly and looked after by the mother Romana. Everything you needed was available in the apartment. Laundry service was excellent. Very quickly by the sea and many beautiful beaches within a short time. We highly recommend Sara's apartment.
