I offer accommodation in a cozy farmhouse on the land of a South Bohemian farmhouse in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage is renovated, has a separate entrance, a bathroom and a private garden with a pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one folding), desk, kitchen, fridge, library and a friendly, romantic atmosphere. It's quiet and private. - It melts in the winter, I'll be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

Náš byt je v novostavbě malého bytového domu. Je tu vše potřebné, kromě TV. Postele 2,20 m jsou obvykle u sebe, ale na požádání je dáme zvlášť - viz foto. V oknech jsou sítě, žaluzie a black-out závěsy. Klimatizace. U domu je vlastní parkovací místo. Nemáme místo na uložení kočárku ani vybavení pro malé děti. Jen jídelní židličku Ikea. Je zakázáno: párty a hlučné aktivity, kouření ani na balkoně, přivádění dalších lidí. Je to prostor pro hosty, kteří hledají zázemí pro práci nebo odpočinek.

The accommodation is close to the BVV exhibition center in Bratislava and close to the highway exit of Prague. Apartments are fully furnished with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of the guests is assured by the curtains. Guests can snack on Nespresso coffee, complimentary tea, and water. There is a paid mini bar in the apartment.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, toddler and travel crib. The layout is 1+kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or business trip. They also like to use larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches.
